@devastate-lasting I would recommend Scrivener, but that’s not a free software. Hmm…I use Google Docs quite a bit as well, which has worked out pretty well.

• Write a scene where your character is old and goes back in time to visit their past self at some point in your story (that may have been confusing)

In my current WIP? I can imagine being friends with at least two of my characters… possibly six of them. Maybe more. I can think of at least one I wouldn’t be friends with at all. Their personality does not mesh well with mine.

But two of them for sure. I could be best friends with at least one. 🙂
