Thank you! Yes, that’s very true!
Of course! Lol, agreed! So true…it’s interesting to see what each project teaches me. I’ve learned so much through writing (and not just about the writing process and prose and such, but also life and about God’s heart. It’s been pretty cool!) in such a short amount of time.
Haha that’s…[Read more]

Those are all great characters!! I really like Sam too! Oh, and Bilbo, although I like him more in the Hobbit than in LotR. (Haha literally same!)

*Waves* Aww thank you! I like yours too! 🙂
Basically, a dystopia is the opposite of a utopia. So usually, a dystopian story is set in the future usually with a corrupt government, futuristic stuff, and some kind of disease or war that like makes things…messy XD. Like, an apocalypse sorta idk.
It really is! I’ve written a…[Read more]

Wow, I’m also late to this XD
Holiday stuff, ya know…
Those covers are gorgeous! I especially liked the second one! The details are awesome, and I love the titles! That’s so cool that you can draw like that too. I mostly just use Canva for my graphics/covers, and even that is pretty difficult (for me anyways) XD

Hello and welcome to KP!
Also, sorry this is
kinda(more like really) late XDMy name is Ava and I write mostly sci-fi/dystopian stuff, but I also write a little fantasy and poetry at times. 🙂
That’s cool that you write non-fiction too! I’ve never been brave enough to actually write it, although I enjoy reading it.
I guess…[Read more]

Yeah for sure! I haven’t seen it yet! I’m kinda behind on Marvel movies rn (i.e. Hawkeye, Shang Chi, the Loki Show…) Yaaaa I know XD
I did get to watch NWH, which was amazing (and heart breaking tbh) Have you seen it?
My church is pretty big, so idk. I am on the youth worship team tho (just for vocals), which has been super fun! So…[Read more]

It really is! I’m enjoying it 🙂
Oh yeah! My brothers were the same way (and still kind of are) but they respect him, especially after his arc came full circle in End Game. It is intriguing! Marvel’s character developments are priceless.
I used to take a lot of lessons for more classical piano, but recently I’ve been…[Read more]

Wow, Trahia! I love these, especially the second one. I love the two girls in the center of the cover. The hairstyle, clothes, and expressions show a lot about them. Who is the girl on the top of the cover? She looks like a very intriguing character and makes me wonder what she’s so worried over. I really like her design. E…[Read more]

I just think he’s an awesome avenger and I love his character arc. He’s also just really funny (a pain sometimes) but has a good heart XD (pun intended) I also love the father/son relationship between him and Peter Parker. I just…I dunno lol. Do you not like Iron Man?
It is! Ahh you should totally watch it sometime! It’s heart…[Read more]

Well then, I’ll take back the cross out ‘cause most comedians probably could take a couple lessons from you.
No problem, I love giving anyone and everyone that Yoda quote (like. All. The. Time.) XD Anyway, that IS a dilemma, but sadly I can’t help you too much there. I haven’t been on KP for a while, (I try to stop…[Read more] -

@not-so-secret-secret-assassin
That post you wrote is awesome! And is actually very helpful, (probably more so than several articles out there), so even though it was written for the awesome writer Elanor, I just wanted to say that it was very good and actually inspired me to write an escape scene for my current novel!

Abigail.M. replied to the topic How do I make a non-cliche escape scene? in the forum Plotting 4 years, 4 months ago
This scene is stacking up to be very interesting the more I hear about it! My favorite part of this (I know, I’m a cruel writer to characters) is that Kedja knows she can’t escape and that only Zlya will be able to make it out of the prison. This is great story-wise because most escape scenes get pretty much everyone out without a ton of…[Read more]
