Hello, welcome to KP!

I’m the Arcane Axiom. I love math, searching for divine fundamental truth, and exploring that in my writing. I read/write sci-fi/fantasy, and my current project is a universe I’m making with my sister called the Septrum.

Questions!

Do you lean towards hard or soft worldbuilding? (Hard meaning more concrete def…[Read more]

Cool! My brother is an engineering student, and he is making a sci-fi space fantasy book too! *whispers* I don’t understand half of it!

That’s really cool! Is he getting into the more engineering aspect with spaceships and stuff? Is he exploring other sci-fi concepts with a little more rigor, like with physics and biology?

Soft, m…

@acancello

Thanks! That’s good, thanks for the input!

@mineralizedwritings

Yeah, I think tricks are funner anyway, especially when you can intuitively tell what’s going on. Do you know many patterns?

Yeah, it’s basically the annoyance of having to flip them individually, doesn’t seem to hinder the best cubers though, the record being .75 seconds!

Yep, there’s been the famous 4d cube online for a…[Read more]

@acancello

Awesome! That sounds good. Do you think the prices seem fair enough?

@highscribeofaetherium

😂 Alright, fine with me!

btw, I will be happy to help anyone with their conlang:)

@everyone

Hi everyone! I started an art freelance! I will edit any image with customized mandalas, or as I like to say, I will mandalize any image! Or I can just make new custom mandalas without any image editing as well. Since this is a writing forum, this might be fun for book covers, character or concept art, or aesthetic boards. Make sure to…[Read more]

It’s so true. It’s a principle that applies to everything I suppose, but it feels like a particular struggle with cubing. I need to start getting into algs for f2l, and my cross is ok, but my lookahead sucks, except for very occasional moments in the middle of a solve.

I do solve pyra and skewb, but neither really intrigue…[Read more]

I couldn’t help but notice you guys talking about cubing! Me and Min chatted about it a little while back. I’m about the same in terms of average and personal best: 30 and 17, though one time I got 12, but that was on a specific scramble a friend wanted me to do, so it doesn’t really count. I haven’t been…[Read more]

@grcr

I really love the depth of your cultures! It all sounds so cool, and I am definitely still interested! How did you come up with your conlang? I really like it!

Thanks! Which one?😅 They each have their own, though I’m assuming you mean Lasi’el? Lasi’el is the most developed of my languages, and one of my favorites. I wanted a language made of…[Read more]

No worries! I enjoy long responses, but I’ve been busy the last couple days and have been struggling to get just a few posts done.

I honestly haven’t spent too much time worldbuilding because I’m a hard pantser XD but I could definitely see myself working on some sort of solar system with extreme worldbuilding sometime soon. I’m just…

Oh, my apologies! Breaking people was never my intention😂

@grcr

Thanks😅 Yeah, there’s a lot of unique perceptions of reality that would occur in each of them. Era five specifically though, I realized would create a very sad worldview in everyone, and it would become very worldly for many different reasons. So I’m thinking…[Read more]

Sorry this is so late of a response.

Well, what I meant was, in Extroit (and probably Ethrin too) there are stations areas you can go to that, like, can literally portal you into… well… McDonald’s Island. Have you ever seen McDonald’s Island on the map (irl)? It’s a tiny island-thing near Antartica… well, thats where the portal sends the c…

Your welcome! Sure! (I’d love to hear about your universe too, if you want to tell me about it! :D.)

For sure! I would love to talk about the Septrum!

I like the names! And all the different peoples sound fun. What were you alluding to when you said they could access earth? I’m intrigued. Also, Conlangs!!! Are you a genuine conlanger? I love m…[Read more]
