@nova21 Np! I love catching up with you guys 🙂 Ah, thanks. Haha, funny, I also have severe gluten allergies but, strangely, whatever triggered this anaphylaxis is my first anaphylactic allergy. Usually I get hives or just get sick in general XD but this is… new. XDWow!! That’s a lot of babysitting. A lot a lot. XDDD Kudos to you for surviving! Wow. Ooh, I’ve never read those books before! I’ll have to check em out. also YES hot russian guys. xDD
Ah, that’s okay, though. I’m kind of currently coming out of a slump… been writing a lot of poetry but not much on my actual novels. Everyone goes through these times, but it sucks when they do happen. I’ll pray :p but OOH! A spy series! This sounds intriguing… may I know more? 😉
@issawriter7 Thank you. *hugs back* It means a lot to me… it was really scary and I hope that things will remain relatively calm health-wise for me rn… aside from this new allergy scare I’ve also been dealing with some anxiety lately. WHY CAN’T MY LIFE JUST BE NORMAL? 😂😂Ooh, a storytelling class? What’s this all about? 😀 I’d like to know more!! Haha, um… keeping characters from making the book race into action… I’m currently struggling with the same thing myself. Y’all, is there a point in a book that’s too early for action? Because I’m not even like 15 pages into TDL and am kind of chomping at the bit here. XD
Hmmm… I say work on whatever you’re drawn to working on! I’m working on a whole assortment of projects rn… I’m mainly focusing on TDL but am also churning out little bits at a time for HoC, and even a tiny bit for Y&Y. (if y’all don’t know about my eleven wips and their various abbreviations just ask if youre confused lol)

YAY, I’m so glad you’re coming out of the slump!!! =) Yeah, it really does suck XDDD Poetry is great though! You’re doing the Dragon Slayer thing, right? I’m going to try, but I don’t really have the much experience lol. In pretty much everything, i’d say “it’s on!!!” but i really don’t know what I’m doing… we’ll see how it goes, and good luck!! I actually started developing this idea bc of this picture I had in my head of the MC going to a party/gala for rich, important people and recruiting some brothers for her “job” *cough heist cough* She also has a tendency have epic and surprising “entering and exiting of the premise” scenes… I’m thinking maybe jumping off a roof or an explosion…? Or maybe even skydiving… Idk, I just wanna have fun with it. lmk if you have any epic ideas for that XDDD
Also, one of the brothers she recruits is a character from a book I wrote when i was 10 or 11, Will. He’s always been the best character i’ve ever created but the stories he’s in just aren’t good enough for him! XDD

1. Jinlong Yang (I love the depth I added to him, I spent a lot of time fleshing him out)
2. Meichen Yin (I love her personality and I feel like she’s actually real and has big imperfections like a normal human. if I was asked to choose to be any of my charries I’d pick her)
3. August Liu (he’s an extremely terrifying and extremely handsome antag of mine… not to mention he’s the literal incarnate of Insanity)
4. Seojun Yeong (he’s a handsome, arrogant criminal, also so complex that i can’t sum him up in parentheses XD)
5. Youngho Choi (he’s my T E C H N I C O L O R S U N S H I N E B O Y ☀️🌈✨)
6. Haruto Nakajima (he has a very strong bond with Youngho and cares about him a lot. he thinks of him as his own brother <3)
Lol, all my fave charries are asian I just realised XD ( @gracie-j 😉) Oh, I usually write a lot of emotional poetry, but I do blend nature and emotional a lot, I guess. Lots of my poems are about the sky. :p

I think we just figured out what’s going on. As I type this, I’m having the same reaction again – but it’s just my skin being flushed and itchy this time, no shortness of breath or anything. Well, we’re 99.9999% sure that this is a niacin flush. My mom had started me on a supplement that had niacin in it, and when people take niacin, it flushes toxins out of their body – thus stimulating a response of skin flushing, itchiness, and in some cases shortness of breath. That’s exactly what happened to me. And my dad takes niacin too, he says that the exact same thing happens to him when he takes it. This ain’t confirmed but it’s highly likely that this is what happened.

sorry, but I am not the smartest person when it comes to doctory-scientificish stuff.I’m not entirely sure what the class is about yet. I think we’re going to be studying the history of oral storytelling and then learn how to do it???? I have no idea. I just liked the sound of it. I’m editing Heir to His Crown, the same time I’m querying Into the Lamp, and first drafting In Healing Hands and minor plotting Forbidden, Heir to Her Throne, and A Stolen Ring… soooooo… I’ve been busy. XD The only problem is, I, like, want to write all of them and I just wish there were three of me. It’d make this writing thing SO much easier. XDD

XD I’m actually planning a post where I’ll finally spill the details on what IHH is about… but I’ll give you a teensy sneak peek, cuz you’re awesome. 😉 The novel is a YA Christian contemporary romance novel… and my first time writing in that genre, so I have no idea if it’s gonna be awesome or just really weird. XD How the story goes, Layla’s dad died when she was thirteen and now, three years later, she’s still suffering from the heartache and grief over her dad’s passing. And the story’s all about her discovering the power of God’s love, grace, and healing… all with a pretty adorable dude who shows up.
I am terrible at summing up my books. Would you like to see a graphic for the book instead? Those are much more awesome.God gives His hardest battles to His strongest soldiers.

-gladiator, 2000@issawriter7 Ah, all good XD I just have like a Z I L L I O N health problems so I kinda know some stuff about conditions and whatever. It would just mean that whenever I would take niacin, I would have that same reaction each time. And I’m not the only one to have the reaction–EVERYONE who takes niacin has that same thing. (It depends on the type of niacin though, if it’s no-flush niacin then the thing won’t happen, but if it’s normal it will. Sorry, ik it sounds confusing XD)
