Yeah, I prefer historical or contemporary fiction, but it’s so hard to find books in those genres that aren’t filled with romance. Historical fiction is a little easier than contemporary, just because there are historical events to focus on, and I feel like contemporary struggles to find other things to focus on.

under Chase’s apparent timidness, is a hero. He’s very protective of those who try to help him, and are his friends. He literally threw himself between a car and a little kid who was adopted by Chase’s foster mom. He’s actually a pretty tough kid. He would be dead by now if he wasn’t.
