I have three! They’re just picture books, not huge novels or anything, but I enjoyed writing them! They’re about Rexy, a dinosaur with a speech problem, and the adventures he has. I wrote them for kids with special needs.

Just set up another Gmail account, and use it when you don’t people knowing your information. It will ask for your birthday and name, but just don’t put in you real birthday date and use an alias. It can come in handy when a store asks for your email, but you don’t want them flooding your inbox with advertisements.

Mostly what I like to do is combine animals (especially dragons) with people. This is the main character of the short story I posted above, dragon wings and tail and all. (and although he is a cyborg, he has a human face underneath his helmet.)

@scripter-of-kingdoms That’s all right. I LOVE dragons and reptiles, but not everyone does. Although I do agree, the first Wings of Fire books were good. I don’t like the newer ones as much (until they added a dragon who can talk to humans), but I enjoyed the first five.

@scripter-of-kingdoms Ha, I haven’t tried crossovers yet! I should! It might mean total annihilation of a lot of things, including my sanity (which I don’t have a lot of anyway) but it might be fun!

I’d add them in. Another thing you can do is copy your work onto another document and remember to work on that one. I did that with one of my Warriors fanfics, which I’m on draft three or four of. I was forty or fifty pages into the second draft before I decided the plotline could be a lot better, so I copied what I needed onto a new document and…[Read more]

@scripter-of-kingdoms That’s a cool drawing! How did you know when his birthday was, is he a real person you know or a character you made up (or know a lot about)?

I would love to do it! The only issue is about the email thing. I’ve only told my email address to a select few, very trusted friends, and I honestly don’t trust people I don’t know very well in real life. (Not that I don’t trust you, but I don’t want to get into the habit of giving personal information out to others online). Is there some way to do it?

@calidris Yeah, there’s no Grogu-type character in  The Bad Batch. The characters are plain awesome but not necessarily cute. And yes, I agree with what you said about the Wingfeather Saga. It’s great.
