Alright, so I ended up doing it two different ways. I kinda like the first version a bit more (and it’s the one that took me the longest to finish).

Let this be a lesson to myself. Don’t try a new technique when drawing something for someone else. It takes too long.

Yeah, Ruth chapter 1 is definitely an eye-opened. She left everything behind to follow Naomi. She let it all go and completely trust God and Naomi. That has to be the hardest thing for me in my life. It is almost impossible for me to let anything go, but it’s getting better. So, it’s really nice to see Ruth do that.

@dekreel There’s a movie (which I believe is based on a book) where one of the characters is named Miss Peregrine. It could work as a girl’s name I believe.

I’ve read some stories where I didn’t like the protagonist in the beginning, but they did grow and felt true remorse over what they did and tried to fix it. Those I liked. When I first started writing it was because I had an idea of something that I wanted to read and no one had written it. So, it was kind of a selfish reason I first started writing.

Now though, after getting closer to the Lord, I just really want to write for him. I want to show other people what He is like, how wonderful He is!
