I like knowing where other folks come from and what they believe. It’s a topic that we seemed to steer clear of, yet has so much to do with who we are and why we do what we do. Perhaps, its because its so personal and close that we’re a little hesitant to open up to people.

Yes! It’s important to be able to discuss things like this. Whe…[Read more]

So I tend to drop the project a few chapters in, or I’ve tried plotting a project, only to find out it isn’t a story. And more of just “vibes.” I’ve never dropped a project in the middle, I just push past.

I used to read all the time, but I found myself reading bad romance books, I hadn’t meant to find. So it pretty much…[Read more]

I appreciate this! When things get heated. . . it makes me feel blah. 🤣

Understandable. 😅 It always makes me feel bad too. Don’t worry about it.
I appreciate the verses as reference! Thank you for your perspective. It’s always interesting to read about. And it is good to hear other people’s personal stories.
This might feel like I’m…[Read more]

Hey! Quick question, since you’re talking about the Holy Spirit!

I’ve had friends and acquaintances who say that you have to experience Holy Spirit through a sign like speaking in tongues, and if you don’t, you aren’t saved. There’s also the alternate belief that you can be saved without the Spirit, but the ideal place in…[Read more]

Hey, I saw more activity on KP within my Email inbox and figured I should pop back in on you all. I’m doing very well. Newly married and settling into my community. I’ve gotten the Autumn inspiration despite the weather still not cluing in that it should cool down, living in the South is new to me 😆 But in October it always hits…[Read more]

Exactly! Love geeking out over the Bible! Baptism is the new circumcision. There are so many other passages and example of baptism all throughout scripture that are all consistent and point to this reality.

Passover for example. The Israelites had to be covered by the blood of the lamb by spreading the blood on their doorposts. We now…[Read more]

@quarterstaffgirl

Yep! Absolutely.

@power actually got me into it.

Steinbauch is from my most recent. I just finished it a few months ago,

@power

Bad mongoose! We like all the new dwellers to the kingdom, even if they don’t use the quarterstaff. Behave thyself and be chivalrous or I shall have to chastise thee.

😂

@power

Yes! A good straight stick is sadly underrated.

@power

Not yet, but then I didn’t think to ask. Hmmm…

@bilbo-baggins @power

That Mongoose has offended Bilbo, thus I must have roasted mongoose tonight 😔

@power

Ha! Thanks!

@power

Ah yes, thank you very much. Please tell the Black Mongoose that they SHALL NOT GET ANY SUCH RING!

Glad to see you back, @Power

@power

It all depends on if she is allergic or not!

Ah, yes. I see.

I’m also kinda like a cat, so maybe I can scare her away with my fuzz and dandruff? I’ll have to go shake out a couple blankets! 😼⬛️

I…. I… I… YOU’VE SCARED ME. I’M EVACUATING THE KINGDOM. *jumps off boat and gets eaten by a guppy*

@power

(I promise I’m sugar free and taste awfully awful!)

But are you gluten free? CONSIDER THE SOULS WITH CELIAC, GOOD MAN!

@power

AAAAAAHH I KNOW!!

@ANYONEWHOISTHEKPCOPS!!!!!!

*A set of cufflinks puff into existence* *I brandish them menacingly*

Wait, did Reagan say I’m going to be part of the KP police force? Huh.

Ehhh, I could arrest intruders. But where’s the fun in that? Intruders are much more exciting than people who knock at the door like any common Joe.
