Yeah, it all depends on the story too, but generally, I like endings where all (most) of my favorite characters managed to survive what the author does to them, *also grabs favorite characters and hides them from the author*…[Read more]

That’s true. Often, I like happy endings. But sometimes, especially in flash fiction, the bittersweet ones are very moving. Yeah, I just hate it when all that is thrown into a story for nothing or no good reason.
