    *Setting the scene bc I like settings*

    Cosmo leads you into his family’s kitchen. It is an old kitchen, more than a hundred years old. The wood floors are covered in thick, faded carpets, and the countertops are tiled with a dark red material, jutting out from the stove and counters. Books and jars of various preserved objects sit a…[Read more]

    Hey Sennin!

    What is the most important thing to know when I first meet you?

    Where do you live?

    Do you have a job? How did you get into it?

    What do you do when you need a break from life? Any hobbies?

    What makes you smile no matter how you feel?

    Do you live with anyone?

    What is one thing you always carry with you?

    What do you…[Read more]

    Alright! Sennin is a cool name. I was about to ask a question about him but I’ll wait for the interview, lol.

    @beth-torres

    You can join. Add whatever character you like. And you don’t have to come up with the most amazing questions or answers. Just have fun ;]

    @elishavet-pidyon

    Aww, he’s so cuuuute. Your drawing is adorable.

  • Enid replied to the topic Character Interviews in the forum Characters 5 months, 3 weeks ago

    @elishavet-pidyon

    Oh yes, you too! <3 If you interview Cosmo too, I will also ask your character questions. It would be a pleasure

  • Enid replied to the topic Character Interviews in the forum Characters 5 months, 3 weeks ago

    @keilah-h

    Sure! Would you like me to interview one of yours at the same time?

    I will go with my MG project’s protagonist. His name is Cosmo and he’s a 14-year-old boy living in the normal modern day. He’s very sweet, maybe a little nerdy. Just picture a kid in a patchwork jacket, headphones, and pale almost-lavender shadows under his eyes.

  • Enid replied to the topic Character Interviews in the forum Characters 5 months, 3 weeks ago

    Would anyone like to do a casual back-and-forth interview? I ask your character questions and you ask mine. I have a couple new protagonists so this seems like a partially productive activity.

    Besides, this was a fun topic, and I think there’s plenty of reason to bring it back.

    Anyone want to buddy up with me? @loopylin @elishavet-pidyon @koshka[Read more]

    Thank you for the sympathy <3 I appreciate it

    I’m so sorry. Praying for you guys! 🤗❤️

    I was just about to read 2 Corinthians 5  when I got your message. I thought about sending a verse to you, so I went back to the Bible app and realized that the chapter is about our new bodies. Maybe you could read it when you have time?

  • I instinctively faded my colors out to match the fog, even though my clothes and weapons wouldn’t fade with me

    Pfff I’m imagining a jacket and trousers flapping through the fog as she runs around

  • My grandpa just passed away. I was there with my dad and grandma when they took off life support. Never seen my dad cry so much before.

    I’m in a bit of a daze right now from taking care of my siblings and not getting enough sleep. My mum and I will be busy taking care of logistics, so, uh… yeah. Hoping my typing instincts are good enough for…[Read more]

  • Hey guys, just want to pop in quick this evening and ask for prayers for my grandpa. He has several conditions that have ruined his heart and circulation. He just went through two emergency surgeries, at least one of which was eight hours long. We were just thinking he was out of the danger zone, but he’s in an emergency state again, right now.

    @ellette-giselle

    Haha! I could never draw friends and family because I don’t want to draw them weirdly and offend them

    @keilah-h

    The problem is, that’s ME. I can’t post that ANYWHERE, nor do I really want to show it to my family.

    Ah, I see. I wouldn’t mind posting because my drawings are a cartoony style. But “to post or not to post” wasn’t my…[Read more]

    Guys this is kind of a weird prompt, but hear me out on this. Draw yourselves. I’ve done it before but I’m trying to be more accurate to my personality in these sketches. I don’t think I’ve had so much fun drawing in a while. It’s like designing a new character without having to come up with anything.

  • @savannah_grace2009

    And believe it or not, as personal as those things I posted seemed, I didn’t share everything I wrote…there are some things that I don’t know if I’ll ever let people read.

    I would expect that! There is writing for other people and there is writing for yourself. I’ve written brief paragraphs that I don’t want to share with…[Read more]

    Your color work is great as always. Warm colors are always my favorite, personally.

    I think your guys need a therapist, let’s be real. If they had therapists, they wouldn’t have to question themselves so much and suffer from emotional whiplash.

    @loopylin @rae @keilah-h Hey gang, I’m planning to go no-technology through the next week, just for funsies. If you wish to roleplay, you can either prompt me to do it a bunch today, or wait through the next week. (This also counts for gmail or chats.)

    Lucille

    Maybe if things had been different, the girls would have been swept up and carried away in an instant. But they surprised the crows – wild things who probably hadn’t seen humans before.

    Mel made an excellent row. Her tangled amber hair and swinging arms caught the labyrinth c…[Read more]

    Lucille

    Mel’s eyes glittered. She seemed enraptured by the new sight, even if it was dangerous. She propped her chin on the root and didn’t make a sound. Lucy followed suit.

    As the two girls watched, the crow began to look a little different from the others. His ink black feathers fluffed up here and there, untidy and chaotic. His che…[Read more]

    *snort* hehe, Lucy, you’re the best

    If I wrote The Adventures of Lucille Dali ™, a quarter of it would be about Lucy getting annoyed with Paul. She’d pretend to be an apartment tenant and write to her mother complaining about him, because her mother is the landlady.

    If you want to, that would be helpful.

    Yes ma’am, gimme two shakes
