Oh cool!
Ooh, that’s a hard one! Uh uh uh um…can I say all of the one’s I’ve watched except Captain Marvel?
Ooh that sounds so cool!!
Even though he doesn’t come in until the next little bit (I started this story just before I started working and took a break) Lucas, my hero is probably my favourite from what I know about him.
Lol that would be fun XD
Oh kool! We just have quizzing for grades 7-12.
We have districts in every State and Canada, so if that counts as internationalsInternational is where the best quizzers from each district go and quiz against each other. (Each district send like 1 or 2 teams.)
@koshka
I go to GDAC church. This is my fourth year quizzing and my first year as captain. Do you quiz in a distrect? And if you do, do you have internationals for your quizzing?@jodi-maile
Cool, cool, and extra cool! XDYou had to get me started XD. I will try not to ramble about my favs.
Movies: Marvel, and musicals. I also really love the Phantom of the Opera that you can get on CD. (The others look not as good)
Books: Traitor Game Series, all things Tolkien, Count of Monte Cristo, and Melanie Dickerson’s fairytale retellings.
Hi, nice to meet you! That’s cool that you were homeschooled. What did you go to College for?
The fantasy I’m working on right now is actually the first for me. I was writing a YA or coming of age (don’t really know where to categorize it) but it died and I really took to fantasy and more romance. I also took a break from writing because I had absolutely no time to write while working this summer so I’m getting back into routine now.
Thanks!
Hi! Nice to meet you!
Hi! I’ve seen you at Story Embers.
Probably my favourite part of my fantasy world is that while earth is at its modern state, the fantasy world is more medieval.
Well I used to say my defining feature was that it doesn’t have magic but then I read Melanie Dickerson’s retellings so now I would say that it’s the fact that Mia’s (My Cinderella) mother didn’t die and then her father marry her stepmother like in every other retelling. Her stepmother is her father’s original wife.
October 11, 2021 at 9:10 pm in reply to: What’s your biggest strength and weakness as a writer? #105280I usually have my story at least almost figured out but I don’t write an outline because then I feel stuck to that and my story changes in my mind a million times while I’m writing it (usually for the better.)
Hi!
I haven’t written a premise so here’s my quickly 1 minute whipped together one.
When Mercedes wakes up in a foreign world, she must face trials to get home that inadvertently lead to an even bigger trial which will change her life forever.
I’ve been writing for as long as I can remember and I started writing because I loved it. I really started writing more 2-3 years ago and write to get better and to try write something that people will read, enjoy, love, and learn from. I want to write good fiction because there is a sad lacking of clean fiction that kids read these days.
Ooh that’s a hard question…I think I would rather fly.
Which would you chose?

I struggle with all of the weaknesses listed and my biggest weakness is probably just writing and not stopping because I think my writing is stupid.
Biggest strength? Hm. I think that would be my lack of outlining😂 I know some people think that’s the only way but I hate outlining and think that it would bound me to not going outside my written plan.
