I didn’t set you up for much else
Wren
She scribbled this down.
“And in that time, have there been any accidents or emergencies on school campus that you witnessed or were a part of?”

Wren
This last comment got an eyebrow raise from Wren, but she pretended not to be bothered.
“Yes, of course. I won’t even ask your name.”
She uncapped her pen, and flipped to a fresh page in her notebook. She thought for a moment how much easier it would be if she had brought Veronica with her to record, but her helper also tended to get distracted by background noise, and might have ended up recording the gameplay of the dodgeball match instead. This was likely for the best.
Wren shifted in her spot and cleared her throat. “Alright, to start off, how long have you been here at Destina Tasin?”

@elishavet-pidyon I finally have time to roleplay now since I have to wait two hours for my car to be fixed.
Wren Tallow
Perched at the top of the bleachers carefully watching the whole room with a notepad in hand, sat a young lady. She wore the school uniform shirt with brown pants and a loose knitted sweater. Her wavy brown hair was cut too short to tuck behind her ears, so she was periodically swiping at it or tilting her head to keep it out of her face.
She examined her notes, flipping through several pages, then decided it was time for some interviews. She crawled down the bleachers to join the kids who had been knocked out of the game. While most of the students had sour looks on their faces from getting out, one young man looked like he was in a fairly good mood. She made a beeline towards him, not bothering to apologize as she stepped on a few people’s toes. In a business like manner, she sat down next to him and placed her notepad on her lap.
“Hello. I’m working on something for the school newspaper. Would you mind if I asked you a few questions?”

I actually forgot about the dance. Lol.
honestly, that’s probably the best way to enjoy this rp at the moment XD
Also, I will try to have something written sometime this week, but I suddenly got hit with a bunch of adult responsibilities all at once recently so it might be a bit, sorry.

Mel
Mel seemed almost hesitant at first as she approached the crow, but as she reached out and touched its beak, a huge grin appeared on her face. She reached farther, petting the feathers on the crow’s neck and made her way to its shoulder, where she giggled and buried her head in its soft feathers. Somehow, the bird allowed this, and nudged the girl playfully with its wing. Mel giggled again.
“Stinky Runt!” she declared, with all the affection her little voice could hold. In all her life thus far, she had never heard the word ‘runt’ used as an insult. She only knew its literal meaning. In her mind, this was simply her crow’s name.

@theducktator nothing much, really. Last time you roleplayed was I think page 522 and since then there have been just a few dodgeball shenanigans and a whole lot of Dante/Rory/Leo roleplays which do not need to be read to know what’s going on. They’re just on a side quest. After dodgeball, there’s lunch and then I think classes end early and people start getting ready for the dance.

@whalekeeper Reuniting them with the main group would be cool. Also sorry if I didn’t give you much to go off of. I can add more.
⭐️World's Slowest Writer⭐️
I wrote this while half awake and questioning reality so I hope it’s somewhat good.
Mel
Scissors? Mel took her garden shears out of her pocket, confused. They were tiny.
But somehow, they did the trick. Though size was not on their side, they were three against two, and soon, three against one. Mel cheered as the second crow took off, the little runt crow’s beak snapping at its ankles.
As the excitement died down, the small crow regarded the two girls with one eye, cocking his head. He shifted on his scaled feet, then began picking up sticks and rearranging them, trying to fix the damage.

@whalekeeper Sorryyy I read your post and then promptly fell asleep for an hour and a half with my phone still in my hand. Yes I do want to continue to rp. I should have something done soon, though there’s a chance I might fall asleep again so maybe expect something from me tomorrow.

@elishavet-pidyon I can add my journalist character. She could be pretending to be a student to help write an article about why the school is not safe for children. She’s a classic tv show journalist. Just trying really hard to find the truth and expose wrongdoing. Not sure how exactly she could start bothering Reúven, though. He needs to be somehow suspicious to her.
I’m actually really excited to write this character. :] She’s new. I can write an intro in a bit probably.

@elishavet-pidyon If that wasn’t what you were thinking of, sorry. I don’t think I know your story well enough. My new characters might work though, possibly. One of them is a journalist. I think I need an info dump about Reúven’s story though:]
⭐️World's Slowest Writer⭐️
@elishavet-pidyon Not sure exactly what you’re asking, but I do have a few nosy characters I could send Reúven’s way. The twins can actually be very nosy at times, plus they’re doing the school newspaper, or I could add new characters. None of them are evil though.

@elishavet-pidyon @theducktator @whalekeeper
Would anyone like to continue dodgeball, or can I maybe skip it? I really want to write a scene with the twins.

“I have a pet dragon. He lives in a cave and guards cursed metals. No one except my friend Jonathan believes me. The dragon disguises himself as a giant rock wall when other people are around.”
A pet dragon?? That’s so cool! How big is it? What does it look like when it’s not disguised?
People in T’kayon expect normal kids to grow up as soldiers, priests or some kind of legislator or business owner. I don’t want to do any of those things.”
What do you want to do when you grow up? Supposing there wasn’t anyone to tell you what they expect of you.
Also, is T’kayon a country or a city?
⭐️World's Slowest Writer⭐️
Finally answering these may have fixed my writing block.
Hey Darby! Cool name! I’m Beth. Are you okay with me asking a few questions?
“Oh, thank you! Sure. Are you a journalist?”
What kind of activities are you good at? Do you prefer ones that take up more brain energy or physical energy?
“I don’t think I have a preference. I like both. I work for the post service, so I get to run all around town delivering mail, which I very much enjoy. And on Thursday evenings I go visit ol’ Mr. Fox and we smoke and play chess. As for what I’m good at, there isn’t much. I’m decent at my job, I suppose.”
Is there anything in your world that you’d change when it comes to socialization? Such as how people are greeted or what is considered rude or polite?
“No, not really… Sometimes people seem hesitant to start conversations or friendships out of politeness and fear of being intrusive. I might change that.”
What are your parents like, if you know?
“They’re good folks. They live away from the city, so I don’t get to visit quite as often as I’d like.”
When you hear a word, do you simply think of the word as it is, or does a certain scene or color (or maybe something else) come to mind?
“Depends on the word. I suppose I just think of it like it is. Do you have an example?”
What’s your favorite color, and is there a specific shade of it that you like?
“I like green. Or blue. Probably lighter shades of both.”
