Here’s an update for anyone wondering:

The doctors couldn’t figure anything out and he came home because it’s not a major emergency. He’s doing better today and actually got some sleep.

I’m starting to think it might be his anxiety and stress causing major physical symptoms and making pre existing health problems way worse. Idk tho

Hi everyone, sorry I ghost this topic so much, but my dad could really use some prayer right now.

We just called an ambulance to take him to the hospital and my mom went with him. He’s been having really bad stomach pain that keeps him from eating and sleeping and makes it difficult to breathe. He hasn’t been able to work because of it and it’s only been getting worse over the weeks. On top of that, he’s been trying to recover from a quadruple bypass heart surgery that he had this summer. The people at his job have been super unsupportive and have only added to his stress which doesn’t help his health, all for a really low pay check that barely covers rent and groceries. He can’t quit though because that’s how he’s getting medical insurance. He’s been in a lot of pain and tonight he was having a hard time breathing and getting really dizzy. He’s only in his mid 40s.

Please pray that the doctors will be able to figure out what is going on quickly and will be able to help him, and that I and my whole family won’t be overly anxious.

Felicity—Group 1, Elderstrand 

Felicity shot a glare at the guy who had just brought everyone to the roof. He was currently lying down, exhausted, and right within kicking range. Felicity did not like being pulled from a fight before she could finish it.

“What? So we’re just leaving the kid by himself down there!?” she yelled at him. She stamped her foot, and with the action came another jolt of pain and wave of dizzy nausea. Again, she ignored it and continued to glare down at him.

“What are these things?”

Felicity furrowed her brow. “I thought at first they might be clickmen, but they’re silent, no machinery. But they aren’t ink animated, either, probably, because there was something inside. They definitely aren’t people, though.”

She noticed Sara was watching her ramble on with a confused frown.

“To summarize,” Felicity said, “I have no clue.”

Marcel suddenly appeared to retrieve his staff.

As she watched him go back and attack another iron creature, her smile was replaced with a scowl. Everyone else was fighting their hardest. She didn’t have time for a break.

“We need to help them.” She pulled away from Sara and tried walking back into the fight. Everything ached, and she felt suddenly very dizzy as she took the first step, making her sway uneasily.

Felicity got shakily to her feet.

“Yep. Didn’t feel-” she stumbled suddenly, and Sara caught her.

“… a thing,” she finished. Her eyes were half glazed over, but she was still scanning the nearby area, ready to throw herself at any threat that came close.

“You okay?” she asked, trying to deflect.

I’ll hold off on having Felicity fight anymore.
