Wow, that scene was so cool!! Ara has slowly become more and more interesting as a character the more I read about her. Your style in this scene kinda reminded me of the Book Thief. (Just a little bit. The style is still unique to you.) Have you ever read it?

@freedomwriter76 Yeah, of course Steve and Dante can stay together. 😁 Maybe Steve could want to stay and fight, but he sees Dante run off and decides to follow him instead? And then they can meet up with Ed and Ellie cuz I really want those three to stick together.

@freedomwriter76 No, I was thinking that most of the characters would run away in different directions, forming the smaller groups. Some of them can stay and fight though, if you want. I’m not sure I know what you mean by disappear?

I’m inspired by a lot of things, but usually it’s people who help me come up with my best ideas. Especially little kids. Some of my favorite story ideas came from me playing outside with my little cousins or hearing them talk about their lives and the things they like to do.
