I’m so sorry to hear that. I know what it’s like to have a parent fighting cancer. I don’t know what it’s like for you, but I’m willing to listen if you ever need to talk! I’m not super active on here but if you tag me I’ll reply when I can!!

Praying!

What inspired your story?

So this is actually a culmination of several of my other creative projects. I am working on a short story collection as well, and this novel is set in the same world. It is fun to have characters that can reappear to tell a new story, as well as creating new ones to get to know! I also have a story that exists…[Read more]

Of course <3

By the way, I love that quote you have on your tag

Thanks 😊

Is there something I can pray for you?

Oh! Maybe salvation for some family members. Thank you for asking 😊

There are a bunch of new people on. Check the Start Here forum

idk why that’s scary. Lol.

Reagan asked if I needed help and I requested Koshka and Whaley as my teammates to help keep an eye on conversations and such as I won’t have time to moderate every topic. (plus, one needs checks and balances or this Kingdom could become a Dictatorship! lolololol)

I’ll be praying, Liberty.

Well, I got on a video call with the cofounder and we talked about a few things. :]

A moderator is in charge of keeping the forum in order and following the guidelines. They have the ability to edit or delete anyone’s posts, that sort of thing. I might be able to move things, too.

I’m sorry to hear this has come upon your family. 🙁 I will pray. I hope your father heals and finds peace during the process.

I will definetly be praying <3

that’s one thing I’m hoping to help improve by making it so new writers can join again.

I’m just doing some stuff at community college, to get basic classes out of the way. Spanish has been a little time-consuming but it’s fun!

Currently Communication Sciences and Disorders. It’s a lot of fun, if a lot of work.

*Currently fighting a headache that was probably due to stress over an exam this morning*

This is so neat! I just signed up to join.

glad you like it.

my style tends to refelect the story. Currently I have been working on illustrations for my WIP, and I am doing them in the artistic style of the era the book takes place (1940s) so I guess it kind of rubbed off on this one. That era tends to be sketchy art with hard lines.

what do you think?

glad you like the crest, I wanted you to see it without posting the whole thing online. XD

Peter’s father is the gardener, Peter is a chauffeur and mechanic.

lol, sour and haughty, but also good looking.

Yes, Rafe is Swiss. Hmmm, Francis is an only son of the Von Donnersmarck family, so i could give you a little history dump on them……

The House of Von Donnersmarck is an old Austro-German noble family that…[Read more]

btw, I don’t know if you remembered, but Konrad is the more spunky jokester of the twins and Johannas is the quieter thoughtful one.

OH MY WORD!! I love it! That is so them!!! Haha!!! I can totally see it! Now I’m going to make you do all the characters!! I would love to see what a Melvin horse would look like, or a Katerina!!! Or Rudi, oh and Nora of course! And Julius… and Natalie……..

I love them!!!!!

Well, Konrad and Johannas are Jewish, so you…[Read more]

Thanks! I can do a little art, off and on, but commissions etc. are beyond me at the moment. Seeing what y’all do will be great inspiration and solace for a weary brain. 😄

sounds good! I’ll do what I can before I leave out of town

I’d do more if you did the whole league! I can’t wait to see Wolf and Reinhard in a scene as horses. XD

Righto! Do you want me to draw him to look just like this face-claim? (I was asking because the face-claim itself is an art style)

I really want to, but I don’t think I can. I will look forward to seeing what y’all do!

Draw Wolfgang and Reinhard as horses.

I would die!!! 🤣

Do the whole league if you have the time. But at least those two.

how about that? I’ll settle down and do Whaley’s character today and whoever you choose for me to draw. (NO DOGS! lol)

Thank you for sharing! That’s awful that the contract was broken like that. I’ll be glad to help out in what ways I can.

Hey people! I have not been on here for a very long time. But I did have a blast looking at all the art…

Anyway, Ellette is putting on a play w…[Read more]

I’m on JWM too! 🤭

Elizabeth. The profile photo is currently a grey tabby cat, and my bio mentions illustrating and marzipan. I’m afraid I haven’t made an into post yet… *covers face and laughs nervously* I’ll go do that. XD Is yours the same as here?

That’s great to hear! I’m glad I signed up too.

Yes, I’m in college, lol. Currently pursuing my…[Read more]

It’s a sci-fi story that originally was the catalyst that got me into writing, and onto KP. The main character, Nahim, is tied with Baron for the spot of my favorite oc I’ve ever created atm.

The story holds a lot of personal meaning, so i want to finish it, but I’ve repaired the plot so much already and it’s not working out, so I’m…[Read more]

Thought about it some more and went ahead and joined! I may not be super active during the month, but I’ll take advantage of a good learning opportunity if I can. 😉 See you there!

That looks absolutely amazing! Thanks for sharing.

On the site it says that when registration ends this fall they’re closing it for good… Is that literally For Good? It mentioned an overflow section for next year, but not sure what that means.

I rather doubt that I’d be able to join this November. It’s always a crazy month for me,…[Read more]

That is so cool, though! I’m already at

KDWC this month, so I’ll have to check it out next year.

Sounds awesome!! Does it go any other months of the year, or is it just November?

Thank you! I find it funny that I could match your answers to your names if I didn’t know who was answering. XD Just based on things you’ve all said in the past.

@hybridlore

That’s exciting! I’ll have to check her books out!

For those of you who love sibling stories, what do you like most in a story about a sibling relationship? What tropes and dynamics do you like? I’m mentally exhausted from thinking about this too hard and I need more people’s ideas, just to wake me up.…[Read more]

If anyone read the message above, there was a delay with the printer so I actually have until Monday to get those reviews, and they would be very helpful. So sorry for the short notice. But yes, if I could get one for each book from each of you that…[Read more]
