Sorry for falling off the face of the planet there for a minute! XD Anyway, thank you so much for your feedback and I’ve read through it all and am FOR SURE taking every word into consideration (I just don’t feel like making individual replies to each one. I know. I’m lazy 🤣)

(Also, Sara, yes. It is…[Read more]

Guyyssssssss… It’s been way too longgggg 😭 But I’m finally back!
Writing has been pretty nonexistent lately 😅 I haven’t really written anything since the end of March (and that was mostly editing anyway), and I’m really really hoping to make some progress and get into a better rhythm this summer. I feel like the unplanned break actually helped my…[Read more]

    • Hey Esther!! Nice to see you around again!!

Sounds like a lot of craziness! 😂 How are you liking driving so far? And what new project are you planning to work on first?

I’m doing pretty good! My family moved and so we’ve been settling in and stuff but this week I’m finally starting to finish up my math (hopefully the last math of high schoo…[Read more]

Hehe, yes, but good craziness nonetheless! I’ve liked it so far! I’m kinda nervous and a little scared, but I’m mostly excited so that kinda overpowers the rest, lol. My brother’s also going off to college in the fall and he had been driving us places sometimes, so it’s almost like a motivation for me to be the new driver in the house (for my o…[Read more]

        • Yes, that makes total sense! Righttt. I’m just starting to be able to drive my siblings to the grocery store and it’s been fun. 🙂
Oh, awesome! I remember that one. Africa sounds really interesting… 😆
It was fine. We’ve moved plenty of times, and this one was a bit more sad for me, but I like our new house and neighborhood, and we’re starting to…[Read more]

            Yes, that’s awesome!

Haha, yeah, I’ll be needing to do a lot of research, but I may save most of it for the end once I’ve gotten the whole story written out.

Good! I’m glad it’s been a pretty easy adjustment for y’all!

Ooh, fun fun! Oh yeah that’s a good idea! Do you have any idea what you want to do after high school yet??

            • Research, ugh. 😂 I would save it for the end too. XD

I want to write at least part-time, Lord willing!

I’ve also considered teaching violin or working as a librarian on the side. 😊 Do you?

            • Esther replied 1 year ago

              Awesome, awesome!
Yeah, I’m hoping to get a degree in high school social studies/history education and/or youth ministry. I really want to be involved with high schoolers and ministry somehow in my future

    • HIIII ESTHERR <333
I'm so glad you're back, I was starting to wonder where you were…
(Like i'm one to talk, I'm notorious for randomly falling off the face of the earth so I get it girl haha)

Oooh, that sounds like such a fun place to work! I got a job at a coffee shop near us and then was FIRED before I even started. 😑 It was because she thought they would be busier now that they had added ice cream to the menu, but…[Read more]

    • Hi!!! You’re alive! I have my permit now too! Passed the test first try, and even have some duck Student Driver magnets for our car! I’m scared though. It’s a 12 passenger van with enormous blind spots and an essentially useless rearview mirror.😬 I drove around a parking lot a bit after the test, and I’m driving again this evening. How’s your…[Read more]

Yay, that’s so exciting! Oof, yeah that doesn’t sound fun 😭 But hey, if you’re able to drive that, you’re able to drive anything, right? XD We have an SUV and a Ford Taurus that I get to drive, so yeah, a lot smaller, lol. But it’s been going well! I really like it and I can’t wait until I’m experienced enough to drive to school and church!

        • I’ve driven three times so far, and I’m driving again today. I’ve only hit two curbs, which isn’t too bad given the size of that van. XD I can’t wait till I can just drive places whenever I want to, though I know that I’m going to be the one always going to Kroger to pick up some forgotten dinner ingredient. XD

@koshka Who are they? Astronauts? Fighter pilots?

Either way the boards look awesome!

  • @ellette-giselle awww that’s a shame! I echo Linus here, no one was hurt right?

  • @freed_and_redeemed awww that was really cute.

  • @ellette-giselle I’m up for grammar/spellcheck!

Also to figure out what it was your siblings loved so much about the book.

  • @whalekeeper yours are so wacky lol

Chameleon woman joins a team of deranged human-animal hybrids and discovers they’ve all been made pawns in a plot spanning a century. Meanwhile, crocodile man desperately trying to hide his minor self-esteem issues wages a private war with everything, but mostly his own emotions.

The shading reminds me a lot of Chinese/Douyin art style which is something I’ve been trying to replicate since I started watching Donghua. It looks amazing!

  • Bruhhh I should totally do this!! My stories have no shortage of weird.

Keep in mind that very few of them have names though.

    Whoa.

    That was….interesting.

Isaiah really does have a wonky moral code, ngl.

Nobody berate me for this cause it’s purely theoretical, but I had to kill a guy, and he had food, and I was hungry, I’d be taking the food. Not out of greed or wishing to thieve, but still. I see he said he didn’t want to steal and murder,…[Read more]

    @whalekeeper

Hi, Marcel! Are you excited to be interviewed?

    I have a couple questions:

    How old are you?

Do you have a favorite comic book character?

  • @whalekeeper

    She’s robophobic

  • And another one:

A girl, who definitely considers herself more of a dog person, helps a resurrected cat she accidentally murdered get revenge for his past eight deaths.

  • This might not be very accurate, but here:

A country girl makes it her life’s purpose to rid a city of its helpful police robots.
