Summarize your story in one weird sentence!
It needs to be both accurate and strange at the same time! This is just for fun; I don’t recommend you put this summary on the back of your book. But it takes a dose of creativity.
Here’s an example with Lord of the Rings (the summaries can be longer than this): A guy with hairy feet can’t let go of his family heirloom.
I’ll post mine in a bit because I haven’t decided mine yet. :]

A country girl makes it her life’s purpose to rid a city of its helpful police robots.

A girl, who definitely considers herself more of a dog person, helps a resurrected cat she accidentally murdered get revenge for his past eight deaths.

May 29, 2025 at 11:29 pm #203623I love how both of those sentences are probably super accurate. Now I want to know why Fel wants to get rid of the robots.

Lemme try!
Kingdom of Kaimor:
A bratty princess and her brother stop a bunch of weird demon people!
Eh- it’s okay! I’ll try it again later!
Or here’s one for P.I.C.A.F.E!
A bunch of friends try not to murder each other in an apocalypse!
Hmm.. That one might be better.
Here’s one for the diamond game!
A bunch of jerks battle for money.
Ehhhh… they all are just okay!
