If you’re looking for books with rulers/armies/medieval government/battles/warriors/and knights/etc; the new york times bestselling Ranger’s Apprentice fits the description pretty adequately. I’ve only read one book so far, but it might be a series you may be interested in:)

Oooh umm ok. So usually I just come up with titles or words/things relating to the book or story.

For instance when I came up with working titles for my Series I realized they all flowed together really well (Being two words, one an abstract thing or whatever and one a noun or whatever)

I sure hope I’ll have some ideas next writing session:) But yes, outlining scenes visually helps give me different perspectives and it’s really fun:)
