It’s weird, but I only just realized that Gabriel doesn’t see himself as mentally strong. He most definitely is, I can’t think of a single person who actually knows him who thinks he’s weak in anything except social and academic understanding. Yet Gabriel doesn’t consider himself strong in any other way but physically. And a good chunk of his…[Read more]

Gabriel

“I don’t doubt you’re strong. You’re just strong in different ways than me. Physically, crows have carried you away, but you’re strong inside. That makes up for a lot.”

@maiden_moonlight

Like the toes Kavi, but something. . .     smells. . .

It’s your tootsies or mine, and I washed mine 2 month and 3 days ago, so I’m pretty sure it’s yours that are so well. . . seasoned.

I will say though, having at least socks can come in quite handy. . . literally!

Stinky sock puppets! 🧦

GASPPESSS!!!! IT’S ANOTHER ONE!!!! 🙀

Um. . .  Hi @c-l-speck . 😶

Hi! That’s amazing! What are the titles of your published books?Besides the works of the authors I mentioned on my bio, I also like Ranger’s Apprentice, Hunger Games, Redwall, Percy Jackson, Artemis Fowl, and also a lot of classics like Les Miserables, A Tale of Two Cities, the Three Musketeers, and a LOT more but my keyboard will break if I try…[Read more]

Hi there! Already skipped rank to Charismatic Rebel, I see? Nice 😀

Jasper
Jasper smiled. “Like I said. I have fondness for the nursery.”
He absentmindedly swung the morning star back and forth at his side. He looked from Wolfgang to Wilhelm, still smiling. “Do I have the pleasure of facing one of you?”

Callum

Callum forced himself to meet the chef’s eyes, not moving an inch. He hid his trembling hands behind his back. “I apologize for the deception, Chef, sir. It was wrong of me to enter this space without asking. I just… I wanted to be here. Cooking has been my passion since I was little. When I was starving, a stranger gave me a cur…[Read more]

LeQoi

Fresh, sweet, and undeniably irresistible. The bread would do. A gracious flick of his fingers to the trembling kitchenmaid saw the basket of steaming challah whisked away back into the whir of luncheon preparation.

Now for another sampling. The master chef’s chocolate drop gaze landed on a boy standing six feet away. Ah y…[Read more]

Hello and welcome to Kingdom Pen!

This is a interesting premise. Historial fiction will always be fascinating to me, but I haven’t read one that mixed knights with the reformation. Also, it sounds like you have put a lot of work into it. Congratualtions on your accomplishments so far!

If you are ever having dificulty on getting…[Read more]

I did look for it on Libby and didn’t find it, but it’s probably accessible through inter-library loan. I do not have it yet, but hopefully I can find it!

@maiden_moonlight

I’m putting a new link into my bio. It’s a doc with little character summaries and a plot summary. I’m probably going to expand it into something more and edit things, but this should be the basic gist.

@koshka

Haven’t read much yet (although I’ve read most of it before). I will probably start using it as my winding down time reading.

Wilhelm

He started when he realized Wolfgang had intended to address him. The boy looked enthralled with the idea of honorable combat.

“Uphold honor?” Wilhelm cleared his throat. “Honor upholds us. We are knights of the Order of Fire, bound to the most deadly codes of chivalry and loyalty.” He touched a knuckle t…[Read more]

@maiden_moonlight Also there isn’t really different worlds in this rp, it’s just one giant world mashed together with everyone from different, really far away countries sometimes with different magic systems if that makes sense. ( @whalekeeper is that correct?) It still works for Kavi to use portals, though, to make the journey quicker.
