@godlyfantasy12 Sure thing.
The great gods of the wind surrounded her, for she had violated the order of the sacred plains.

@_delta-leigh_ Hiya, welcome to the Kingdom!
Your hobbies all sound really interesting. I also enjoy music, and if I had more time, there would be a lot of other things I’d like to do for fun. Alas, I don’t.
I see that most here have already covered the usual bulk of questions, so…
Do you mind sharing anything about your WIP? Anything about the world?

Hey there! You sound like a fascinating person! I’d love to hear more about your mechanical engineering and your woodworking? What sort of things do you make? I really want to get into leather working but I’ve never tried doing any sort of woodwork. and bookbinding obviously sounds awesome!
Who are some of your favourite authors?

@kathleenramm Nice; I use Google docs a lot as well.
@gracie-j I just downloaded LibreOffice, and am excited to try it out! I also downloaded Quoll Writer; it seems very close to a free alternative to Scrivener. Thanks for the suggestion!

I use good ol’ google docs. Because of the simplicity and I can easily share docs with my siblings. But I’ve heard a lot of good things about Scrivener and been wanting to try it out for a while.

Hi! And welcome to the forum! Here’s a virtual hot chocolate to warm your hands.
Did you say drawing, linguistics, bookbinding, and music? Those are some of my favorite things too! Along with writing of course. What languages do you know/ are learning?
It’s great that you get to write with your friend. I love to write with a few…[Read more]

What’s your blog’s name?
Kind of… 😛 I opened one up a while back and wrote a few posts but I’m terrible with consistency and dropped off from it. Lately I’ve been thinking of trying again, maybe putting up some of the scenes or songs from the mini musical I wrote for my little sisters, or publishing some of my poems, but I just n…[Read more]

It’s pretty good so far. 🙂 I’m only about halfway through it. (Sorry, Jen…so slow, I know. 😛 )
😀 What’s the topic you’re working on?

I’m doing great.
Trying to finish reading Jen’s book as fast as possible since I’m late getting back to her. 😉
What about you?

@gracie-j @devastate-lasting @scoutfinch180 @seekjustice @godlyfantasy12
It’s really fun to see how each of us likes to describe our writing process. And although we each have our own unique spin on the three words, there’re also a lot of interesting similarities. As Gracie pointed out, we all tend to procrastinate, get distracted easily, be…[Read more]

@godlyfantasy12 Me? Since I have a tight writing schedule, I think, “Ah, I’m very excited that by this time next year, I’ll hopefully be writing ‘this’. Also stuff like, ‘If I don’t finish this now, then I can’t get to that.'”

Though, after thinking about this a while, I remember something a very smart teacher of mine said once. When asked how what he thought about swearing, he said that he usually considered about if this would hurt the person that he would say it in front of. I don’t really remember the whole conversation, but I do remember one of my classmates saying…[Read more]
