It was funny because I drafted it so hastily and impulsively that I didn&#8217;t even realize the full depth of meaning I had woven into the poem&#8211;until I was reading and rereading while editing. Elizabeth Bennet is definitely one of the rare exceptions. She&#8217;s brilliantly written, and we&#8217;re the same personality type (ENTP), so it&#8217;s hard not to like her. We think too much alike. 😉</p>

I would say that Sauron is a brilliant example of a villain who distances himself physically from the story but is still very active within it. I often find myself marveling at this.</p>
<p>He acts through his minions, somehow escaping a passive role in the story despite the lack of physical presence.</p>
