That sounds quite interesting! And with the poetry… We all need a way to process our emotions. I use it the same. Then again, I do that in all of my writing.
Oh cool! Ya, I pretty much read anything I can get my hands on lol. I do really like the Medieval Times tho.
That makes sense.
Heh, your first attempt sounds an awful lot like…

Hello, Ava! I love your name. 😊
I’m not quite sure what dystopian is, but I know the others! That’s very neat! I have found myself more attached to poetry here lately. Even if I’m not very good at it, it’s a beautiful way to use words! I do believe non-fiction is harder, though. It’s hard to get the words to run together smoothly.…[Read more]

@trahia-the-minstrel I’m so late!! My notifications haven’t been working on KP, apparently…
I love your covers! The compositions are great and the details are so cool! It’s super hard making a good cover…I don’t have any for my WIPs at the moment but when I do I’ll put them up here. This is such a cool idea and space to share our covers! 🙂

Nah, probably not. Books are precious. We authors need to caress the sweet little things. ;P 🤣

Oh, man. I completely understand that feeling. It’s not fun at all! I’m sorry about that. You’ve got this, though!
Those books sound quite intriguing!! It sounds like an adventure, for sure. Thank you for sharing!

I will keep that in mind! 🙂 I also didn’t know that about the bagpipes! That is an interesting historical fact.
That makes total sense. There’s something freeing about bare feet. Lol.

That sounds exciting! I haven’t read fantasy before, but I have wondered if I would enjoy the genre. I wish you luck on the publishing process! If you would like to say, what is about?
What is your favorite thing about writing?
The opportunity to shine light into the darkest corners of people’s lives.
What has been your favorite…

Thank you! I’m still in the plotting-building stage, but I think I like how it’s going.
That can be a fun stage! Unfortunately, I get stuck in it a lot…
I haven’t read beyond his Arethtrae series, but what I’ve read of his is good. We really like the Knights of Arethtrae.
Good to know! Thank you for sharing!

Ooh! Those WIPs sound awesome! 😲
I haven’t read any of those books, but I have been quite interested in Chuck Black’s books before. I just haven’t gotten around to reading any of them.Do you like bagpipes?
They sound quite sad to me. Besides that point, they are alright.
If you could speak any dead language, what would it be?

No, I don’t use a blender most of the time, although I probably should. I’m not really an expert artist. I just draw for fun sometimes.

I don’t blame you! It can be intimidating.
My non-fiction is based on personal experience and the experience of others. I must admit… Non-fiction has the tendency to make you feel INCREDIBLY underqualified.
Ooh! That sounds interesting. Back stories can be a lot of fun!

Oh, no. Iron Man’s fine. I used to have this idea where he was an arrogant someone (who’s self-centered and covers it with sarcasm). My best friend and brother really like his character, and convinced me otherwise a coupe years back. I for sure see why–after the development arc he’s been through. I can respect him as a top-tier…[Read more]

Cool! Those stories sound interesting. I’ve never been brave enough to try to write something romance XD It’s always so intimidating to me.Â

Yeah, that’s very true. The way to get people to read it without turning them off is just conveniently “forgetting” about the ancient stones and tell them about the rest.
I guess we all have different visualizations of Artham! I actually like the grey wings better than white, I guess I just didn’t read it close enough.

@kathleenramm
Exactly! It does make it quite difficult. My family and I have moved a lot for work the past year and a half, so we haven’t been able to commit to a library to get a library card from.My all-time favorite author is Rachel Fordham. If you are interested in historical fiction, I would highly recommend her book “The Hope of Azure…[Read more]

Wow, both of those are so good! I love the style! I already want to read your book just by looking at the cover. I like the expressions on the faces of the characters. It makes it look way more interesting. The titles are great too. That’s all the feedback I have. I think just add some color to those pictures, and they’re…[Read more]
