Thanks! She is one of the first human characters I’ve drawn that is proportionately acurate (mostly).

I do not mind listening to people ranting about stories 😉 I like to do it too. I don’t get to talk about books that often because there are a lot of stories I like that my friends have never read

It’s really sad when I meet public-schoolers who say they don’t like to draw because they don’t think they are good at it.  I’ve met several kids who say they only draw or read books if it’s for school and they just don’t know what they’re missing.

This is a drawing I did of my Minecraft skin as it would look in real life.  It has nothing to do with my books but it is my most recent drawing of a human. What do you think?

That looks incredible! The perspective and shading are so eye-catching, and the seen itself is very dramatic.  It is really making me wonder what the book is about which is the purpose of cover art lol

It’s funny how our drawing styles are opposite when it comes to drawing human characters lol.  It’s really cool to get to talk to other artists and see their creations! It’s so hard to find anyone my age in person who’s into drawing.  I’m not so alone anymore! 🙂
