Ellis

Ellis’ brow furrowed. “Chemistry, I believe.”

He was mildly surprised by Ari caving, but he didn’t show it.

“I am not sure where the classroom is, though.”

@whalekeeper @koshka

No problem with little skirmishes.

Yeahh conflict is fun. That’s why I pointed it out :]

All I could see when I closed my eyes were those stupid cats.

@loopylin @koshka

Yeeaaah that’s true. :-p They could easily turn sour towards each other. And that’s okay. No problem with little skirmishes.

Koshka, I was a little mentally exhausted last night, and when I tried to write, this collection of images suddenly flashed in my mind. I’m afraid I saw our characters as these cats.

Moth

“Come with us, Ari.” Moth let his antennae droop, just a little.

@koshka @whalekeeper I feel like if it weren’t for Moth, Ari and Ellis would probably not get along.

@koshka @whalekeeper

Ellis

Ellis began putting away his gear as he listened to the other two.

“What is the point of an academy, then?” he asked Ari. “Did you come here unwillingly?”

@loopylin @koshka

Moth

“Yes. I will go to your science class. And Ari will come with us.”

@whalekeeper @koshka

Ellis

Ellis started at the mention of learning. Right. This was a school. He looked up at the large clock above the gym entrance.

“There is a science class on my schedule that starts soon. I hadn’t decided yet if I was going to attend.”

@power

I appreciate this! When things get heated. . . it makes me feel blah. 🤣

Understandable. 😅 It always makes me feel bad too. Don’t worry about it.
I appreciate the verses as reference! Thank you for your perspective. It’s always interesting to read about. And it is good to hear other people’s personal stories.
This might feel like I’m…[Read more]

Yayy, he caught them both off guard

Moth

Ari and Ellis were almost smiling; that was easy to sense. Inwardly, Moth couldn’t help but glow. He kept a firm countenance.

He lifted his bow one last time. “If I make this, Ari must pay homage to my superior skills.”

Unfortunately for him, his arm’s strength gave out before he co…[Read more]

Ducktator is just a bit younger.

It’s so weird being one of the young people.  Most of my friends are 1-3 years younger than me. XD

@ellette-giselle

CONGRATULATIONS! That’s wonderful! 😃🩷

Also, just out of curiosity, are you going to keep your name since you’ve published under it? I’ve been wondering what would happen in a situation like this, lol.

@loopylin

Regardless of actual age, you are the KP grandma

and Loopy is like, ancient.

It’s true 😔

@loopylin

Hmmm.

@ellette-giselle

That was me for at least a year, maybe longer. Wyoh takes on different forms for each of us.

Helloooo! You’ve already gotten so many intros that I don’t want to keep you.

I’m Whaley. I write retro science-fiction/fantasy. I’m the kind of writer who spends hours frantically scribbling world details and evil plot plans on a giant whiteboard. As some people can tell you, I frequently go overboard and frequently create…[Read more]

I think most of us OGs are college-age right now. Ducktator is just a bit younger. My 20th birthday is about to hit me and Loopy is like, ancient.

@ellette-giselle

It’s crazy. I’m going to be an adult in December…
