Exactly. XD Although, I’m really glad to look back at my old stories now. It’s great for a few laughs.

I have often said that the first story I “wrote” was a picture book about a fairy that looked like a banana peal. I was between 6-7 at the time, I don’t remember.
My actually “written” stories include several I wrote for school, and some I wrote just for funsies. I found a folder of them recently, and laughed till I cried.
One was about a girl…[Read more]

Finished 677 word essay on Monet.
*gasp* That is GORGEOUS.
Oh, okay. Indiana’s a great state though. Aside from the lack of snow.
If I went to a prom it’d probably be closer to central Indiana. I’m not going this year. My mom wasn’t sure I’m old enough, (sophomore), and I didn’t have the money to buy a…[Read more]

Oh, which other state? We’re going to have to dissect a pig too, and I’m dreading it. Lol, I didn’t even think about the Animal Farm connection.

Or I’ll take something important to the character from them. (Like Toothless’s tail fin.)
You just triggered my repressed obsession for HTTYD and I’m not complaining. The Vikings are many things, but they are not ableist, and it’s so well done. 😂

Yes, Green Ember.
I know. Which is why I was thinking on a strictly Personality and Arc basis.
I can’t decide, though. And I really want to draw this. XD
I would almost say Jo, but he’s too much like Pippin…

Yeah. I have an even split of disabilities caused during the stories and before. So many of them have to do with mobility. And then I realized, ‘oh duh, I’m just writing what I know.’ XD

Or combine option A and option B so some characters die, some are permanently wounded, but they did it for a good trade, and so ultimately accept it as a win-win. I love inflicted-and-permanent disability, it’s such a useful trope. (Plus it adds some much-needed disability rep.)
