I’ve listened to a few lately but they’re mostly German ones. Have you ever listened to Dear Evan Hansen?

July 17, 2018 at 4:50 pm #75285@seekjustice, a little. It isn’t my favorite because it feels less Broadwayish than some other ones

Kapeefer til we're old and greyJuly 17, 2018 at 4:53 pm #75286@alia Ah, maybe that’s why I like it (I’m not the hugest fan of Broadway). What’ve you been listening to lately?

July 17, 2018 at 4:56 pm #75287@seekjustice, ah, that makes sense. I’ve been listening to A Tale of Two Cities

Kapeefer til we're old and greyJuly 17, 2018 at 4:57 pm #75288@seekjustice @alia Talking about musicals without me?!! How dare you???

July 17, 2018 at 4:59 pm #75289@rochellaine, if it gives you any comfort I thought about waiting for you for a full half second

Kapeefer til we're old and greyJuly 17, 2018 at 5:00 pm #75290@alia AHHHH!!! I love that musical so much!
@rochellaine I did tag you earlier. I hold no responsibility. I was just listening to “Gee Officer Krupke” though.INFP Queen of the Kingdom commander of an army of origami cranes and a sabre from Babylon.
July 17, 2018 at 5:06 pm #75291@seekjustice, between it and your book, those are the only ways I know anything about the original storyline. I think I have listened to it a grand total of 2 1/2 times

Kapeefer til we're old and greyJuly 17, 2018 at 5:07 pm #75292@alia 😛 How touching.
@seekjustice Haha, I got your tag, and that’s why I’m here. (Other than the fact that I just got home from a family activity and would have gotten on to check anyhow because I do that every day around 4:00 and 5:00 because that’s when you wake up…yeah, other than that. 😉 )Have you listened to anything else from that musical? “America” is also really well done, but again, I much prefer the movie version to the stage version. (Actually, they wrote new lyrics for the movie version, so that’s why I like it better.) I listened to something new today, but didn’t like it much. Ever heard of Bonnie and Clyde?

July 17, 2018 at 5:12 pm #75293@alia Have you listened to any of the old R&H musicals? You like old stuff, right? (I’m forever lamenting that @seekjustice doesn’t. 😉 )

July 17, 2018 at 5:14 pm #75294@rochellaine, I try 😛
Is that Rogers and Hammerstein? the only one of theirs that I have heard is Cinderella.
just wondering, and it is perfectly fine if y’all don’t have time or can’t for some reason, but would either of you be interested in beta reading Decisions?

Kapeefer til we're old and greyJuly 17, 2018 at 5:16 pm #75295@alia I don’t think you want to know how many times I’ve listened to it. I actually don’t think I could tell you even if I wanted to.
Nope, I haven’t listened to anything else from West Side Story.

July 17, 2018 at 5:17 pm #75296@seekjustice, sounds like me and Newsies/Wicked

Kapeefer til we're old and greyJuly 17, 2018 at 5:19 pm #75297I can try reading it (is it complete?) during August. Once I’ve finished editing my novel, I just really need a break, so the latter half of August I’ll probably be able to do it, if that’s okay. I’ve got a few other people I need to finish reading for as well though.

July 17, 2018 at 5:21 pm #75298Ah, Newsies! I’ve also listened to that one a lot, but not nearly so much. 🙂 I’ve never been able to get into Wicked.
