I’ve just detected (from the MCU movies) that Steve seems like the kind of guy to hide his emotions and not let anyone else see them, and that his not dealing with the pain can lead him to do stupid things, to put it simply 😭

that’s interesting because I’ve always thought of Steve as the person who can handle his emotions but then helps others who can’t
Which is why I see him with Nat and Falon in my Fic but that’s just my opinion

I guess I think that bc he was punching the bag in the first Avengers movie (also dealing with his PTSD), he only cries, like, three times in the movies (when Peggy dies, when Natasha dies, and when Tony dies), and when he cries over Peggy, he goes to cry alone.
in my fics, he CAN deal with his emotions but doesn’t bc he thinks he doesn’t have time. His arc has to do with him thinking that he has to be “Captain America”, the hero everybody needs, and doesn’t give himself the time to be Steve Rogers, a man with his own pain, emotions, struggles, and grief
but we all write them a bit differently!! That’s what’s so great about fanfiction!!! 😁😉❤️

in mine, Steve has lost Peggy, he’s on the run from the government, Viola, the villain, is trying to kidnap Bucky, and the girl who becomes almost like a younger sister to him dies 😭

I tried writing a Doctor Who fanfic several years ago but it got stuck on some plot holes and I haven’t picked it up since. The concept was fun though.
Off and on I’ve considered maybe trying out a youtube fanfic of some kind.
You can pronounce it however you want.

Mine are probably Mario Brothers (not a big one, but it’s just a classic…a big piece of my current childhood, lol) Sonic the Hedgehog and Marvel…with Marvel as my ultimate fav XD it used to be Sonic tho 😉

@freedomwriter76 Oh um, a fanfic involving people who make youtube videos. You’d be surprised the amount of content that came out of that platform that you could take inspiration from haha!
My favorite fandoms are Doctor Who, Minecraft, Hermitcraft (Minecraft youtube series), Empires SMP (another Minecraft youtube series), a LOT of stuff on youtube honestly haha, Miitopia, recently a bit of Genshin Impact, All Creatures Great and Small (1980s BBC comedy drama)….. a few others.
Don’t judge me for the amount of gaming I do haha……..

haha, no judgement here 😂😉 me and my siblings do a lot of gaming too…my sister and brother more than me tho, lol. I also love Animal Crossing…forgot to mention that one 😝
@dekreel Not judging! Minecraft in particular has a lot of cool lore. I’m more into the building aspect of it, but it’s cool either way.
