Ellis had no idea what this guy was talking about. And I thought Ottoline and Zahlin were bad, thought Ellis, this is worse by far.
Interesting. Yeah, she comes across almost as a psychopath some of the time, but in her POVs, we see that’s she does have some misgivings about what she’s doing, and we see her reasons for doing it. I’m not sure if many of the characters will ever understand or sympathize with her though.

Help Gabriel.Idk. I didn’t get a super good feel for him yet, so we’ll have to wait and see. From what I have seen, I’m thinking Ellis might not like him, but we’ll have to wait till he actually shows up to interact with them.
I actually, really like both the queen and her son. I think the son can help where the queen might feel a little offended by her “guests” or vice-versa.
