@Ethryndal aww, thanks. *cough* Calligraphy isn’t really all that difficult to master… anyone can do it… might like to give it a try yourself… 😉
Ha! Glad you like the shading; I was actually a little conflicted over that particular highlight, but I guess I was right to add it. 😀@I-J-Anderson awesome! Glad you like her; she’s your…[Read more]

Also I tried to make her skin look blue… which you can see was a mistake, because now she looks neither blue nor pale. 😛 But live and learn. Next time I know. 😉

Thanks for these. Definitely using them. -

@Christi-Eaton thanks. *grins* I’ve never drawn a pixy-character before, but the sharp, angular feel of it was incredibly fun to work with.

@I-J-Anderson I drew her… and now I’m feeling not-extremely-bright because I just realized I spelled her name with one R. :/
Oh well. Overlook it if you can. 😉 She was lots of fun to draw.

@Aratrea hmm… yesssss… probbbably the Primary Tempter? I mean… yeah, that makes sense. Okay. Yes. Primary Tempter. There may be some slight overlap between that and both of the other two, but that’s the main one.
It makes me very happy to hear you like it… I actually can’t take credit though because his connection to Harold’s EiL was…[Read more] -

@I-J-Anderson oooh… I want to try Angelique. Actually in all honesty I want to try all of them, :’D but I doubt if I’ll have time and I want to leave some awesome ones for the others. 😉

Okay. I’ve mentioned some of this already in the other homework assignments, but my primary villain (I’ll get to his brother in a minute) pretty much set/justified Harold’s EiL. (That the world is worth saving because man is ultimately good). Wayyyy back in the backstory of the story, the villain— when he was young and optimistic and…[Read more]

Oh, and @Kina-Lamb
I am also writing my own story – a children’s story. I think it’s important that the books children read are wholesome and productive, and it’s hard to find books like that these days. I also think that they should be interesting enough that anyone of any age would enjoy reading it.
This. You do this, and you will have my…[Read more]

@Kina-Lamb welcome to the bestistest place on the internet! *shakes your hand enthusiastically* So glad to have you here. And it’s late and my brain is fried or I would say something more creative…
But welcome again. I hope you stick around and learn a lot of cool, useful stuff. 🙂
This forum can always use another Lamb.

@Arella-Noreen I like it! *thumbs up* Lots of great story material there. What’s your favorite poem? Mine is probably Tolkien’s Mythopoeia. All of Tolkien’s work, really, but that one especially. 😉

I’m late, but welcome to KP @Arella-Noreen! Sounds like you and I have a lot in common (my INFP personality type aside 😉 ). I was born in Texas, adore poetry, write fantasy and sci-fi, homeschooled and proud of it, etc. etc. and all the rest. *grins*
Can you tell us a little bit about your book? It sounds neat, from what @Rolena-Hatfield said. - Load More
