@that_writer_girl_99, the game is closely tied to the Bible story in general. Using their own characters as in stories from the Bible. Think Pilgrim’s Progress with a steampunk makeover.
Oh, most definitely. You could possibly say that the reason we EXIST is because we were meant to live for Christ. Sure, Peter did that “for Christ”, but that…[Read more]

It’s a Christian themed game we play. It’s directed towards younger teens, (as I am one), but I know a few adults that play it. It’s actually pretty fun. Slow, at times, but fun! Here’s a link to their website, https://theaetherlight.com/
but I’m always around on the forums: https://forums.theaetherlight.com/

That’s true, @that_writer_girl_99. But here’s my point. Wizards, witches, “spells”, the magic in itself is not what the Bible teaches. I’ll respect your choice not to argue, but my last point is that if you REALLY want a good representation of good and evil, read the Bible. Not a book that portrays something evil as BOTH evil and good.
Anyways,…[Read more]

@that_writer_girl_99 Percy is pretty great too XD And honestly, I don’t agree with how Leo treats some of the others, but the poor child has had a hard life.
Have you seen the new official art? -

@that_writer_girl_99 I’m about halfway through The House of Hades right now. Who’s your favorite HoO character? Mine’s Leo XD
I totally understand your excitement when you got the book. Once I cried because I wasn’t able to buy a certain book, but when my mom saw me crying she bought the book for me. *happy dance* -

Sorry, I don’t read or watch Harry Potter. As a Christian, I consciously make a choice NOT to have anything to do with that franchise because it promotes witchcraft. I mean, the Bible clearly shows that the “dark arts” are evil and Harry Potter is really showing the opposite. They’re basically say that using “magic” is okay if you’re one of the…[Read more]

@that_writer_girl_99 Yeah, I’ve heard that Twilight isn’t very good. I don’t intend to ever see or read it. But I really want to read Hunger Games.

@that_writer_girl_99 Yeah. The books are definitely way better. And in the TMR movie (this is one of the things about the movies that bothers me most) Newt doesn’t call Thomas “Tommy,” or say “bloody.” I really wish they’d done that.

Yeah… it was weird how they changed something about Chuck in the movies that wasn’t in the book. (I’ll let you find out for yourself), but it just made his death a lot more sad to me…
Also, I never watched Twilight, but I heard that it’s pretty terrible at times and also I’m not interested in that type of stuff so… I’m never watching it. Or…[Read more]

@that_writer_girl_99 Yeah, I figured since the first movie was nothing like the first book, Scorch Trials would be too.
Unfortunately, my friend who got me into the series is probably going to force me to watch it with her. She’s really really really enthusiastic about the movies. I actually think she likes the movies better than the books……[Read more] -

@that_writer_girl_99 Lin’s is so insanely smart. And awesome. And talented. And just… amazing. Have you seen him freestyle?? It’s crazy! And it’s just so fun to watch him talk. He’s so expressive. He just cannot stop moving (you could say he’s Nonstop). *giggles because of reference*
Also, just a random fact about Lin, he’s a Slytherin. I’m not…[Read more] -

@that_writer_girl_99 I haven’t seen it either *cries* It’s in LA though, which is only a few hours away from where I live. But I don’t have enough money to buy a ticket. *sigh* I think it’s coming to San Diego soon, though.
