I don’t know whether everyone already knows about this, but recently there were 70 Christians martyred in the Democratic Republic of Congo. I just want to call attention to Christian persecution in parts of the world and ask for prayers that our brothers and sisters in Christ might be strengthened in their faith.

Yeah. I hate to generalize, but I’ve had a few weird experiences with religion teachers. I think that post-secondary education and teacher’s college are kind of indoctrinating students, or at least are presenting information and training from a biased perspective.

Of course they told people they were wrong– that was necessary in order to preach the gospel. You can’t say “I’m right” without saying “you’re wrong” either indirectly or directly.

There are some social situations where it would be inappropriate or pointless to start a fight with someone like that, but if the topic came up, then yes. Tell what you believe is the truth.
