Of course it matters. It’s a fantastic way to procrastinate, so of course I’m going to take it 😛

I’ve decided they could, feasibly, do it. But whether or not they had enough money…then again, a lack of money never stopped royals, did it?

Yes. It’s an extremely beautiful palace and I’m trying to decide whether colonists could build something similar in 150 years. I haven’t decided yet.

Hello! I’m currently staring dully at pictures of Linderhof Palace and trying to find out how long it took them to build it.

I thought there was. The writing in ROF wasn’t bad but I thought it was rather lackluster compared to QOD. It wasn’t as funny and wasn’t really distinctive. Its an older work isn’t it? I’d say your voice has probably just improved.
I’m sure its been established that Courageous needs whipping into shape himself and is probably not capable…[Read more]

I liked it and I definitely think it has potential but I think it would need to be rewritten. The writing didn’t seem as good as in QoD and the characters didn’t seem as well developed, but maybe that’s just  because its shorter.
Courageous’s court, was what I meant. It basically goes round on the ideals of courtly love.
Yes, I suppose so. I…[Read more]

Well, I don’t think Juqing would like Courageous and he certainly wouldn’t like Courageous court. Whether Courageous would like Juqing or not, I’m not sure.
And yes, I think Juqing would definitely bully Courageous, and Courageous would probably run away to Antarctica.

I requested access 😀
I thought we came to the conclusion that he would be bullied horribly. But, the poor boy is bullied anyhow, so its just a matter of whether it would be better or worse.

There’s exceptions to every rule. But the time jumps are less noticeable in the book than the movie/musical because there’s so much extra stuff in there.
Honestly, I think its one of those tools that can be used very well and effectively, but often isn’t.
Most certainly 🙂

Huh, they’re all out of whack. That’s really weird.
Yeah, I think there would be people who wouldn’t enjoy your style, but once I got into it I really enjoyed it.
I have seen people do those time jumps in published books, personally I’ve never really liked it, but that could just be me. Still, I think you can make it work.

I was about to say I lived in the future, but two hours probably isn’t enough to have read a completed first draft, so I’ll just say nothing at all.
I think its pretty good. It did take me a while to get used to your writing style, but that’s probably just what I’m used to reading/writing. I’m not entirely sure about the massive jump in…[Read more]

Well, yes it is 😛
Also, it really doesn’t take a lot for me to get distracted.
Okay, I’ll go searching for it.

I need to do some more, since I’m rather devastatingly far behind…but you’re novel is looking very interesting at the moment (can I have the link to part 2?) and I’m up to a boring bit.
Well, a kind of boring bit. Someone gets kidnapped, but its boring before that.

I probably won’t get time for it today, but I’ll definitely get to it some day. Hopefully soon.

Yes, I would think so.
However, they both (hopefully) will improve.
Are you planning on improving Myeongwol??

I’m having a little trouble finding where I’m up to. I definitely remember the introduction to “Young Lady Kang”…
Well, I’ve found a bit I don’t remember, so I’m just going to read from there.
Oh, and I’ve just realised that the queen from my story is turning out a lot like Myeongwol and I’m not sure how I feel about that.

By the way, how’s that other WIP of yours going? That one with the strange, captivating crown prince in it? I don’t believe I’ve read any of that one.

Would you mind sending me another link? I think that was the reason I stopped reading in the first place–because it got lost somewhere in my piles and piles of Google docs.
