Do you know anything else about the character? How much of the book will he be in.

You could always try opening a blank doc and just talking to yourself about him… I usually am able to figure things out through just ranting and asking myself questions like that. I think it’s called an Everything Page?

No problem, thanks for your input! I think I’m just going to try to make up something else to power them. I don’t want to go too far into all the science behind it, but I just wanted something to explain how the spaceships worked. It’s kind of just one of those things you have to brainstorm a bit for, so I’ll do that eventually.

It doesn’t require sound to work in space at all, it just needs some way for starships to be powered.

I would think with enough debris and space junk, there would be enough matter for the sound waves to bounce off. Is that wrong?
