Your welcome. Sorry I don’t know too much about that kind of thing. I mean I do usually populate my fantasy with ghosts, harmless ones. But I always kind of thought of those stories in the Bible, where a demon comes out of a person is kind of like finding Salvation in a way.
Like when the demon is in the person, it represents a p…[Read more] -

Here is a collage for my MC’s love interest. He is a very hard to find a quote for, so I decided to use one of his own. -

So I’m not sure if this if any help or not but:
I’m no expert on describing a demon coming out of a person. But from what I read from the Bible and from what I
knowimagine; it could be something like this: the person would be wild, not making sense, crazy, confused face, tired, that kind of thing. And as for the casting-out, it…[Read more] -

Aw, thanks:) It’s good to be back.
And yikes! No chocolate? I did that to myself during NaNoWriMo (it was brutal). However, I managed to survive trudging through that bleak chocolate-less month… barely. XDYou can do it! 😉

Thanks:) I’ll have to take stock of my chocolate stash to make sure I got enough after that XD
Actually I didn’t mind it too much, since I love the woods (and because my MC lives in a frigid cold forest herself). But yes, I’m glad to have the wi-fi back!

Hi! I’m Abigail and welcome to Kingdom Pen!
I love The Hobbit and all of Tolkien’s work. And me too, I often like to
kidnapÂadopt other people’s characters and write out stories for them (I most often do that with characters from Spirit Riding Free). What is your favorite setting to write in? Contemporary? Jungle? Tundra? (I usuall…[Read more]

If your have any difficulties on names (which is something I agonize over with my characters), the Wikipedia has a great page called:
Writing Adolescent Fiction/Character Names
They have the option to choose different origins, nativities and time eras for boys or girls names. Like say you wanted a Greek name for a boy, all…[Read more]

That’s awesome @gracie-j ! Congratulations:) The only time I was able to do that was during NaNoWriMo. Sigh, I gotta get back to doing that.

Your welcome:)  I do the same thing in writing. I had put TSW aside for a little while at one point to write my short story EverHappens. But now that that finished, I’m back with writing my WIP. Sometimes working on another project will even generate more ideas for your main novel:)

Hi! It went pretty well, (I guess I’m no Davy Crockett), but it was fun. I read a lot of survival books, thence me and my brother built a fortalice in the woods, made fires and made ourselves walking sticks. We only got semi lost without a map once, which was good:)
But the no wi-fi part was a little difficult, I survived though (…[Read more]

That is incredibly true and you put it magnificently. It’s true that I’m not a type or category of believer. I’m a Christian:)

I’d love to do this, but I won’t be able to do it until next week at the latest. If you want to start before that, depending on how many days you guys do it, maybe I could jump in a bit later? If not, that’s fine.
Usually, I’m a Night Writer, but I think this would be extremely fun. -

Those bookmarks are simply beautiful! I love how you were able to format their original collages into bookmarks and still be equally as stunning.

I love this topic:) Many years ago, I  used to think that I couldn’t serve God by writing unless I only wrote  sermons (Narnia helped me with that one), but there is a great article on KP called: Three Ways to Write Christian Fiction For a Secular Audience.
I agree, how as writers, our stories can alter lives. -

Hi! You can call me Abigail and I may be a little late saying ‘welcome!’… but anyway, welcome!
My favorite books are: The Bible, Dark Horse, Narnia and a huge assortment of others. I could go on for a while, but I should get to work on my ‘to read’ list:)
