That’s a pretty good addition to the scene! I don’t think that deviated from your story’s voice at all.
You’ll see. Then you will understand why other readers are mad at him. It wasn’t pretty.
Hehe, okay.

So yeah, now Joseph is officially nineteen. I’ll have to let everyone know.
Ooph. That sudden rapid aging has to come with a terribly painful growth spurt.
As for the children and wife thing, I know that Timothy wasn’t married at the time, and he was an elder. (Timothy is kind of my Joseph stencil.) Anyways.
Ah yes, of course, goo…[Read more]

I simply mean what I described. 👍 I’m not sure how it compares with the rest of your feedback discussions… I have very little context. XD
Okay. I did just post a rewritten version above. So you can also read that and see what you think.
Thanks for the link by the way! I can’t guarantee I’ll read it soon, but now I have it on my rada…

So I’m not the only one who does this.
I think it comes naturally. We tend to write what we know. One of my friends who plays D&D had a character he tried to make completely different from him. This character was a lying scoundrel, but my friend himself is honest, so his character ended up being more honest than he intended.
I d…

even if it is his fault she was captured in the first place.
How did that happen exactly? Was it more of an ignorant blunder, or?

Thank you. If you weren’t playing the advocate, would you take Ellette’s side?

I hope Eric gets captured though.
Isn’t that a little harsh? I mean, consider Martha. How do you think she would feel if her brother was captured in order to free her? The poor girl. She will be much happier if she is able to be with one of her family members again in hiding, even if it is his fault she was captured in the first place.

I agree with what @raxforge said and would like to add to it.
Not only does God glorify himself through all that he does, he works all things to the good of those who love Him (Romans 8:28). So Satan also exists for our good.
Put it this way. Another question people ask is ‘Why does God allow sin to exist?’ or ‘Why did God create us…[Read more]

Well, to be honest, I don’t know a lot of pree-teens who like to play dress-up and repeat whatever their sister tells them to say.
Good point. XD My siblings are a lot more willing to do stuff, but these are kids between the ages of 8 and 13. They still like to play “wolf fight” and “Indians.”

The funniest thing is, my most reluctant actor is actually perusing film now that he’s an adult!

Sadly, my biggest two never got filmed because that was the year all my guy actors were done dressing up and repeating lines. lol.
They were too cool for school, huh? XD

also yeah, we don’t know anything about Timothy’s home life at the time of the letter, so he might’ve been single (especially considering Paul doesn’t say something like “oh say hi to your family for me” in either letter)

(I’m trying to decern if the verses are saying that the Elder must be a husband and father, or if they are saying that if he is married, he should be married to only one wife and if he is a father, he must manage his household well. I know Paul was not married and did not have children, but he was an apostle and missionary. I d…
