Amazing scene! And I agree with Whaley. Not too repetitive, but maybe substitute a few of those “Fathers” with something like, “The man” or something. Not too much of that either, but just enough to brake up the monotony of “Father”

Ooh I love desert settings! Too bad Liv doesn’t feel the same way – and too bad she is so exhausted, for that matter. Is this sister older or younger than her?
I don’t think it’s too repetitive, except for this bit at the beginning:
Baron knocked and entered his Father’s quarters. He knelt. “You sent for me, Fat…

@ellette-giselle @whalekeeper @keilah-h
So…I just wrote this scene and i was wondering if it’s a little weird that I call the guy ‘Father’ all the time instead of giving him a real name. He isn’t a priest and he isn’t even Baron’s biological father. The reason I don’t give him a real name is that Baron doesn’t know what his real name is, he…[Read more]

Lol, we’re talking about charries as if they’re children or siblings now
How do you deal with him? He seems a little tough.
We make fun of each other. There have been times I’m in a conversation with other people and we’re talking about annoying things, and I’ll go like “You hear that Silvanis? That sounds just like you!”. He usually…[Read more]

by the way you did finish the fic right?
Oh dear, I forgot to tell you with CWW and going back to school, sorry!
I really really liked the ending! It was so sweet. My only criticism would be I kinda didn’t understand fully what was going on before that point, Otherwise, it was great!

@keilah-h Thanks! It’s a newish WIP that my sister and I came up with last year (she says like that was so long ago. XD). It doesn’t have a title yet, but it’s currently Project Crowns.

H: Oh yeah, and you were humming “Fly me to the moon” three days ago and I’m sure you did it where I could hear on purpose, because you know I like that style of music and it’s the song that first got me thinking that maybe you liked me back.
S: When ya threw a chair at me while I was practicin’ the sax outside?
H: Yeah, exactly.

it’s kinda interesting that you bring this up, bc it’s at least hinted at in the MCU that Steve was raised Christian
“There’s only one God, ma’am, and I’m pretty sure he doesn’t dress like that.”
And in the comics, it was canon that Steve was raised Catholic by his Irish mother, and I also found it really interest…

“By either rain or sweat, you’re gonna get wet.” –Singaporean saying that also applies to Florida (where I come from)
“While on a cruise or vacation, don’t be that guy and you’ll have a great time”–another saying

Xandro can’t manipulate water on his own, and he does have power, but his powers lie “dormant” unless an Aquino combines their powers with his. It basically just gives the Aquino more capacity to manipulate moisture, if that makes sense!
But without an Aquino, he’s just a normal horse except he has the same “color scheme” a…

@rae lol that’s characters for you
I mean, I couldn’t figure out what I wanted to put down either, and that’s mostly cause Huntress and Sniper were having this kind of conversation in the background of my brain and I couldn’t pay attention:
H: What do you wanna sing? I mean, we gotta give her something so she can write it down.
S: You come up…

@linus-smallprint sheesh, seven years?!
There was one series I got into which had a seven year gap between its last two installments, but I got into it the year the last part came out so I didn’t have to wait long. I can’t imagine being one of those people who’d been into it before then and were waiting years for the conclusion.
I plan to release…
