Girl! That is so beautiful. I love it. The colors make a lot of sense. The moon is lovely, as are the leaves and his expression, in my opinion. I feel like I can really envision him now. My mental image has been edited. 😀 Thank you for sharing!

AH, I love the glowing effect!!
Your stylization has gotten a lot more confident and you’re so patient with the coloring! The color choices are also very nice and complement each other. You may say otherwise but I say this is a rousing success. *Stamp of approval*

@rae lol yes
also your drawing is so pretty!!
@whalekeeper It was actually quite easy once I figured out what controls where. It’s just very tedious.
I did make a mistake once and have to redo all of Sniper’s arm movements. That didn’t take too long, but it did throw like an extra 15-20 minutes in.

@loopylin @rae @the_lost-journal
Just reread Mel’s scene to make sure everything is in order, and the garden shears crack me up.
Barnes
Everywhere Barnes turned, the maze refused to behave. When she stuck her hand in a wall – a last ditch effort to part the plants – a hidden rose bush got in the way.
The thorns stung, and Barnes could do n…[Read more]

sorry that I haven’t gotten back… heh…. 😅
But personally, I’m fine with the group growing, but I think I’m going to take one of my charries out of it. The only problem is who will he go with…? And who will it be? Cassius or Leander?

Y’all should tell me what you want to do, and we can go from there. Maybe Barnes picks up Mel while looking for another way back.

Hehe, magic
Barnes
For the first time since she had entered the maze, Barnes shivered. She touched the plaster wall, which looked out of place in the foliage, and traced the faint remainder of poster paper stuck to it.
“I know this wall,” she murmured to herself.
After a few minutes of aimless pacing, coming up to the…[Read more]

he also didn’t trust that Leander and Cassius wouldn’t peek under his mask if they woke up and found him asleep
See, Leander would 1,000% do that! Cassius on the other hand… Nah. He has respect for most people. (kinda) and Trisan wouldn’t either! It’s funny, Trisan is all depressed, but he has the most “friends” in Kaimor because he can…[Read more]

Barnes
When Gabriel turned away, Barnes took it as a sign that he wasn’t totally enthusiastic about guard duty. She crossed one of her arms over her chest. “Alright, then.”
She took a couple steps down the next passage, and ignored the rattling sounds from the hedges. Little blue plants on the maze floor reached up to…[Read more]

Barnes
”Correct about… what?’ Barnes looked around.
Ignoring her words, Cassius already lay on the ground as he had before. Soon he was quiet and resting peacefully. It was like nothing had happened.
As Leander settled down as well, Barnes stared off into the maze again and tried to tune out. Her fingers twinged at th…[Read more]

Cassius
Cassius took a deep breath, he then breathed out. “Ehem.” Cassius cleared his throat. “Yes… You are correct. It doesn’t matter. I don’t need to know my childhood. It was bland anyway.” Cassius blinked, his face returned to its still self. “I show too much emotion. I will be a slate. Now, I’m tired.” Cassius stood up.…[Read more]

Barnes
“Pardon me for asking – hm.” Barnes hesitated. She absently shook the cigarette box in her pocket. “I’m having trouble understanding the suddenness of this. Wouldn’t you already know this? Have you never thought about your childhood or your father before?”
