Guys, I’ve only painted my character’s face so far and I don’t want to do the rest. It looks pretty good, cute even, I just don’t want to do the work.

It’s at times like these where I simultaneously am in love with and despise my hobby.

I feel like I don’t consider much of my art to be mistakes these days though. The limit for me is “could do better” and “not as envisioned” most of the time.

I finished coloring Baron’s drawing tonight. Do I like it? Not sure yet. Do I hate it? …no. Can’t post it tonight, but fingers crossed tomorrow morning

Alright, I have it!

I wasn’t sure how I wanted to do the background and stuff, so I did his face first. I did a pale cream layer and then went over it with light purples because I was going to make the night sky have a purple tint. I ended up kinda hating it, both the idea for the background and the skin, but then i asked Mom, and (first she was so confused why he had purple skin, and then) she said just to do it, so I did, except i changed my idea from a purplish tint to just a plain dark grey blue for the night sky. And the moon she thought I had printed it and then glued it to the corner of my drawing. in reality, it was a long time of putting a base down of a pale grey and then dotting darker greys, and then going over with a middle grey. Looks almost real.

Okay, I’m done ranting, here it is:

@whalekeeper It was actually quite easy once I figured out what controls where. It’s just very tedious.

I did make a mistake once and have to redo all of Sniper’s arm movements. That didn’t take too long, but it did throw like an extra 15-20 minutes in.
