Yes. Rythin would be able to send thoughts or emotions to Anwyn but would be unable to receive them.

Anwyn not being able to verbally communicate with most of our characters will definitely be interesting. The whole Silence thing is definitely intriguing. I have always liked forgotten lore-type things in fantasies.

I also feel that while there are literary definitions for different types of characters, I personally feel classification can kind of be up to you because as authors we more need to determine the amount of character building necessary…[Read more]

Agree. This is the best philosophy.

I will say that since you already are planning a sequel series I would use foreshadowing in the first one. I have found this helps the ones I have seen be good. This is true with all series in my opinion.
