@godlyfantasy12 You, my friend, have tagged the wrong people. However, there is one highly esteemed @william-starkey who is the perfect guy for you to go to. He is phenomenal with languages.

@kathleenramm XD Now we can tell other people we write like Agatha Christie and they wouldn’t know the better.

Well, even if it’s biased, I’ll still take the compliment any way! 😀
Agatha Christie gang, here I come!
I looked up Anne Rice just now, and I didn’t realize there were so many Christian Vampire authors. (She is one of a couple others I know), The market must be much bigger than I first realized.

@william-starkey Mm I just got Cory Doctorow for a short section…maybe short vs long makes a bit more of a difference. Perhaps it got overwhelmed by long.
@gracie-j There’s like 50 of them. Famous authors, I guess. Was hoping for Ray Bradbury XD

@kathleenramm That’s really lit. It would be fun to have a meetup. Imagine the havoc XD

@lewilliams Camreigh hates time travel in itself. Reve would choose to go to the past.
Would your character rather sleep on their back or their stomach?

I’ve met Josiah twice I think. First when we had a week long KP retreat at our house, then again at my brother’s wedding. Even though I wasn’t apart of the KP team at the time of the retreat, it was really fun having all the KP members stay at our house. I think they were supposed to be working, but they were just eating…[Read more]

@r-m-archer The first time around I actually go Stephen King, haha. But I think it was too short of a snippet. I tried both first and third, same results. Perhaps it’s the way we’ve been trained?
@millennium Agatha Christie was a very lit mystery author.
@william-starkey I’m assuming you got the same? XD

Hey there, recently discovered this fun thing and thought that I might share it with ya’ll.
Essentially it’s a text analyzer to find out which famous author do you write like, style-wise. Just copy/paste a chapter or something of a story into the box and in a few seconds you’ll get results. The longer the better.
Is it accurate? I pasted a…[Read more]

@william-starkey The Kingdom’s been quiet without you, Sir William. Do try to come by more often, will you? Otherwise I feel that the chaos monster within me will want to wreak havoc…

@r-m-archer Devon hates how he has to pick up after everyone else. He’d rather be the fun friend, but he doesn’t get along well with others. Lionel would rather be the mom friend, but he’s too fun for that.
@gracie-j Rainan only seeks love from one person, so he’d rather be feared by all.
Would your character rather have magic powers or no?

Lin replied to the topic Would You Rather Character Edition in the forum Characters 5 years, 6 months ago
@millennium Depends on being a slave to whom. Rolo will serve no one but Aven. But yeah, Rainan and Ben and Raven and all the rest of them would rather be in charge of the worlds.
@gracie-j (Do I have any characters who are idealists…?) Aine would say both, which is ironic since he’s a terrorist bomber. Luca comes of as an absolute grouch, so…[Read more]

@kathleenramm I was at a speech and debate competition for homeschoolers, and I guess they happened to be in the same region. I saw their last name, asked the youngest kid if he knew Josiah DeGraaf, and responded with, “Yeah, he’s my brother.” Needless to say, I was shook.
