Hi there!! Good to meet you! As far as advice, I’d say don’t be shy to ask anything you want answers for, the people on here are very friendly and even though I’ve only been on here a couple months its been so so helpful for my writing journey

No you aren’t boring me; i don’t know what the shows are, so they might not mean as much, but i still think they’re cool! 🙂 good job! you are good at doing multiple drawings of the same character; that is one if the hardest things for me to do as an artist.

Hey Ben! I’m Precious and I’m also kind of new here. I’m also interested in writing science fiction and fantasy and I’ve read some cool adventure fiction. I think that Brandon Sanderson brings the best of these worlds together. I’d recommend The Reckoners series (I read the first one and it’s great). I’ve also heard that Mistborn is a…[Read more]

Hello @maryg3,
It’s so nice to meet you! My name is Precious and I’m also new here. I got accepted into the forum about a week before.
1. I think I’ve already established my love for Aslan in the Chronicles of Narnia and I really enjoyed Oliver Twist and Dombey and Son (though Dickens is a little too verbose to be my favorite author). I also…[Read more]

@nova21 First off, can I just say I love that idea for a story??? I would totally read that!!
A few weeks ago, I actually had an idea come to me about ending book one and starting book two. It’s like doing a gradient in painting. You want each book to have it’s own color, but the end of book one needs to be blending into the ‘color’ of book…[Read more]

well i like it!! the idea is very cool and sounds like you have an amazing story in the making!
I’d say you could probably continue his lie through the series as long as you have a way for it to be easily triggered, and words can do that. If he believes/believed he’s unloved, there would be insecurity. When people are insecure, comments…[Read more]

Hey guys! Before I tell you my problemo, I’ll fill you in on the story first. Here’s They Came At Night’s synopsis:
24 miles off the Island of Camino, a commercial airline goes down in the Pacific. Only one passenger survives.
Dylan, an orphan-turned-foster child, was living with his uncle when he got the chance of a lifetime: travel to the i… -

Hey Mary! (Btw, before I forget, it looks like your website link on your forum signature is cut off… maybe shorten it? I think it’s limited to 80 or so characters…? Just letting you know, I do that all the time!)
Thanks! I’m trying to decide on a title right now. Do you like Camino or They Came at Night better? I kinda like…[Read more]
