Oh, and if he has PTSD does he get to have a Labrador follow him everywhere? 😀 😉

@raevynstar Ooh! He does sound like a great character. For someone who controls fire, he doesn’t sound like very much of a fighter, which I think is great, because when someone thinks fire, they think of a fighter. Nice and unique, that one. *thumbs up*
If you want to improve him, I’d discover some of his quirks. What does he do when he’s…[Read more] -

Haha! You’re too quick! I just realized someone already asked you that, so I went to ask something else, but you’d already answered! hehe 🙂 Anyway, I’ve never heard of them. I’ll have to look them up!

@raevynstar Welcome to Kingdom Pen! I’m just venturing into the Sci-fi genre. 🙂
Do you have any pets and what’s your favorite kind of ice cream?

@raevynstar Ah, hiatus. I suppose those are good from time to time. What kind of sci-fi is it? (star warsy/star treky or I Robot-y or something else)?

@raevynstar Hi! Welcome to our realm!
SCIENCE FICTION! Finally, someone else who writes sci-fi! Do you have a WIP?

@raevynstar Hi Raevyn. Welcome to the bestistest place on the internet.
It’s always cool to meet other poets out there. You’ll have to share one of your pomes with us sometime.
Btw, do you know what your personality type is?

@jess-penrose
Well, in my opinion, I wouldn’t use the Message bible because even though it is an easier version to read and uses more colloquial terms, it isn’t necessarily doctrinely ‘sound’. One verse that is extremely important to us as Christians is this “Before Abraham was, I Am.” This clearly states that Jesus is God, very important to…[Read more] -

Hey KeePer family!
Due to your great tips and advice a couple months back, I finally started a author’s website/blog. (which I’m super excited about! 🙂 )
And I would be so honored if you’d stop in sometime, snoop around and tell me what you think. (I won’t ask you too many questions here, cause if you stop by my blog, I’ve got some questions…[Read more] -

@xonos-darkgrate Heh, you’re welcome! By some sort of blessing or curse, I can’t help noticing all the punctuation-ish things, so it wasn’t a problem. 🙂 The comma is slightly mis/overused sometimes, but I totally understand how easy it is to just go with it when you’re on a roll. Best wishes for the rest of the book!

@xonos-darkgrate I agree, that was really well done. Very good at drawing the reader in, too. And I love the beginning quote by the Jake of Jacks guy.
I have a few things to point out, but they’re mostly just structural/punctuation stuff. The first paragraph, after it says The City of Cards, is mixing past and present tense. I can see how it…[Read more]

@epicaddie2 Hey, if you read Judges and finish it, let me know! I’ve done a study on it and I think I have some of my notes still with a lot of cool things, if you want to discuss it a bit. 🙂

@the-real-kapeefer Dude? Seriously? Don’t do that to me again. I wrote a page long rant on why not to use the message bible because of you. 😛
Ah well. I was able to apply my biblical doctrine class to all this, sooo…And can I please point out that one verse.
John 1:14 rewrite : “The word became flesh and blood and moved into the neighborhood.”
