Pascal clutching his heart is so funny. XD
*Gasp* How dare you not know who Milo is!! He’s from Atlantis: The Lost Empire.
anyone else have that happen to you, where you write a scene, think it was your idea, only to realize it was mostly an accidental reiteration of a scene from your favorite movie or book?
I’ve had fleeting ideas tha…[Read more]

In an older project, Farr Jule took in his daughter’s friends despite the risk and their troublesome natures. Jule had six brothers, and they all watched over the child protagonists as a large family unit. The family was widespread over a floating town, but was very disciplined. I liked writing Jule because he was always gracious and u…[Read more]

@elishavet-pidyon XD love it when the quiet characters have a secret explosive temper.
I am very much struggling to think of what the experiment should be, sorry. I failed chemistry two years in a row in school so I’m not really the best at this lol

@whalekeeper If you do want to write for Hugo, he could be Felicity’s lab partner if you want, or maybe there’s an odd number of people in the class and so the teacher has all three boys work together or something

Couple things that I’d appreciated y’all’s prayers for…
First, my volleyball tryouts are tomorrow!! A little nervous about that. Just pray that I’d do my best and stay humble.
Also our AC unit is acting up. 😖 And it’s annoying cuz we kinda need AC and we had to fix our furnace this past winter bc it broke down. So prayers for patience and…[Read more]

1. As always, I absolutely love reading your writing. Thanks for sharing <3
2. There will be more Fel and Lo scenes eventually. I’m currently struggling with coming up with a villain and filling out the main plot.
3. Your current signature is diabolical and not appreciated.

LoisLois slipped the note into his pocket and looked around the classroom. Most of his classmates faces were unfamiliar. He didn’t have much energy at the moment to introduce himself to someone new, and pairing up with Felicity was an almost guaranteed bad grade.
Viktor shifted uneasily in his seat next to Lois.…[Read more]

*Does a little dance* Descriptions are sometimes the bane of my existence because you never know if they’re coming across.
And I promise bullying isn’t the majority of Lucille’s childhood experience. There are actually so many things I want to write about for her, and many things are more cheerful and interesting.

She’s my favorite, may I have mercy on her soul. XD
I think I like her dad. Is he Dali?
Yes, he’s Dali. I call Lucille’s mum by her name as well. It feels more humanizing to call him that in this story rather than calling him ‘her dad’ or Dad.
I also found her description of her hair fascinating. Is it just metaphor, or does it…

Is Enid your friend?
“Yeah, she’s… yeah.”
No, I’ve never been on one of those. We have cars and, like, normal buses.
“Huh. At first I was going to say that sounds tedious, but I can’t talk like that when sky trams are so undependable.”
What do the buildings in your city look like?
“Imagine every building had three or four stories at l…[Read more]

Yaay, I actually have a self-contained snippet to share. This is pre-teen Barnes, in case you’re not sure who she is.
The typewriter clicked to a stop, its keys fluttering up and down like the legs of an overturned insect. Lucille opened her eyes. The sun glared through her eyelashes, turning…
