Btw, me, my brother and mum use noise-canceling earplugs too. They only cancel a layer of the noise so you can still hear what’s going on, but they do wonders for anxiety. I’ve also used – weirdly – rose tinted glasses. I only used them a couple times, but it’s the same concept – they cancel out a layer of visual.

I was going to include more of a description for the earplugs in the rp, but this is just easier. They aren’t just normal foam earplugs.
