Alpha is talking specifically about Hypodermic needles and syringes just to make it clear.
Good to know. I was wondering about that. Like what if he needed stitches?

Dante’s mouth twitched as he tried to hold back a wry grin.
“Heh. I knew you’d do that.”
He didn’t look at Alpha as he talked, looking instead at a bit of dry mud that was stuck to his pants. He picked at it.
“The whole speech… and then the knife throw was the cherry on top. Wonderfully predictable. And it only took one comment.”
He stood up slowly, and began putting on his coat, smiling to himself.
“You know, I know a lot about you, Alpha. Not everything, but enough. Your past… your fears… what you care about. You’ve shown it all plainly. But… what do you actually know about me? My name? My voice? That doesn’t tell you anything.”
He grabbed a small satchel of things out from under his bed, and then went to the door.
“How does it feel, Alpha, to be so easily pushed around by an ignorant stranger with just a few words?”
Dante glanced back over his shoulder, and finally looked Alpha in the eye.
“Do you feel strong?”
And with that, he left.

“Oi…” Dante growled. He straightened his posture and crossed his arms. “I might be smaller than you, but I’m tougher than I look. Survived this long. And I don’t have some stupid needle phobia.”

Ed blinked a couple times, surprised that her question could be misinterpreted twice in the exact same way by two different people. Were all the boys in the school this clueless?
She opened her mouth to respond, closed it, then looked helplessly at the other two boys.

@theducktator Yay! Im glad you’re feeling better. A lot of my friends and family have been sick lately as well. I’ve been pretty lucky that I haven’t gotten anything yet. Tis the season, I guess.

He paused, trying to remember what he was forgetting. His thoughts had drifted off to chocolate chips and oatmeal and peanut butter baked goodness.

I could also probably use prayer for getting a job. Seems I’m not good at anything that gets you money lol. Nothing I try is really working out. I’m hoping to get a job within the next couple months so I’m not forced to move back in with my parents.

For probably the tenth time since they first met, Dante was thankful that Alpha seemed to consider him a friend, or at least someone who wasn’t a threat.
He laughed nervously. “Uhh, no. I haven’t heard anything. Do you… normally go around stabbing people in the gut? I mean, I get the boredom thing, but there are less bloody ways to cope out there.”
I bet if i made Dante bored enough, he’d sneak into the school and pretend to be a student for the day. That would be fun.
