Love how you always have illustrations on hand, by the way. XD

Could you expand more on what you mane by that, please?
I like to write down every idea I have so that I don’t have to contain everything in my head and forget it. So, the opposite of Ellette. (Why are we always the opposite? Why??)
I organize the ideas by topic (plot, worldbuilding, etc) very deliberately. I’m trying to…[Read more]

I found a round about way to get access!! (Don’t ask)
anyways!! I am really liking this!!
a few notes:
Everette (I think) asks if Sara knows who Jesus was. Now, unless you have a very different theology than I do, I believe it’s who Jesus “is” not “was”.
Also, unless I missed something, the last we had with Cole was his screen…[Read more]

My “outlining” consists of writing random notes all over the margins of my paper as I write and forgetting about them. One thing I’ve thought about, and may try, is writing every plot idea I have on sticky notes, and then organizing them onto a wall.

IS THAT ALAN ABD MARTHA!!?!? *excited dance*
umm…. I don’t do that. Like, at all. I just go for it after hitting beginning, climax, and end. And fully graphing characters. I sketch out the characters. 🤷🏼♀️
I mean, I treat writing as me telling you what happened to my friends. I saw the events, here they are. If I do too muc…[Read more]

Great, thanks!! Yeah, I was trying to come up with something for the studying that would be interesting, but I’m not sure if I’ll change it next draft. I wanted to make something weird happen with the testing – the no answer changes being one of the first things I came up with – but I don’t know if it makes sense with the tests…[Read more]

*Shivers* Ooh, I love outline brainstorming.
Do you have any habits that help you think more efficiently?
By this, do you mean a method of organizing your ideas? Because that’s my favorite way of making brainstorming quick and easy, while also productive.

Sorry guys, I’ve suddenly gotten really busy (got two essays I’ve got to write! Augh!) so it might be a bit before I can write down all my thoughts about Yumi.
And @ducktator I first read Mistborn when I was 14 (my dad listened to it and okay-ed it first) and I was fine with everything. I’d say it…[Read more]

Alrighty, I read over the next two chapters and decided to post them both today, but after this, you can expect to get only one a week… unfortunately, I only have six more chapters after this. 🙁 I guess that means I need to write more haha.
Without further ado, here’s the link! (It’s the same one as last time …[Read more]

Awesome! Thank you so much! That was something I really tried to pay attention to, because I come from a Christian family and I’ve never known a time where my parents didn’t know God… so it’s something I have to think about, how someone who’s never been exposed to this kind of thing would react to it. If you or anyone else has…[Read more]

Thank you!! And I totally agree with you, those types of parents are so annoying in fiction (looking at you Disney Channel and YA books).
Thanks, and this is technically the first draft, although I started around Christmas last year but ended up deleting a few of the chapters and rewriting…[Read more]

That’s why I think it would be easier to do if Tyn was there. She would bring up all the objections, so it would be easier to show that I don’t approve of forced labour.
That should work. I’ve been thinking about this a bit over the last few days and I’ve decided I really like this idea. I don’t know how similar it is in Can…[Read more]

Thanks for the Mistborn review. The friends who recommended Stormlight to me said I was too young for Mistborn, but I was 14 then, and I’m 16 now. I’ll probably read it soon, but I’ll ask their opinion first too.

Awesome! Thanks so much for reading it! I’m looking forward to hearing what you think of the rest of it.
Good point, I hadn’t noticed that, but it totally makes sense. I’m planning to rewrite the first chapter anyway, so I’ll try to take that into account when I do.
Wow, that’s terrible. That kind of thing hasn’t happened to…[Read more]

yeah…. If I wanna risk seeing porn worthy covers when I open it. I found a few round about ways, and I did to Alcatraz that rout (until those were taken down for being politically offensive) but I honestly don’t have time to listen to audio books and I can read a book in a couple hours. 🤷🏼♀️

sounds good.
After all “Stories Are Soulfood” and I’d rather feed my mind and soul with good things rather than a poison laced supper. 😆 -

wow!! This is so helpful!!
yeah, as I said before I’m not even gonna touch the series with Lesbian characters. So I’ll skip that set. I’m intrigued by the first Mistborn set. Not so sure about the others, I don’t really like sci-fi anyhow. (Though someone told me a few of my books I’ve written are calcified as sci-fi! 🤯…[Read more] -

okay, that makes sense. I may opt out of that one. Do you think it’s worth it despite objections, or does the bad override any good you might get out of it in your opinion?
also, did you see my question on the other review?
thanks again!

Your book reviews are awesome!!! They’re like Plugged In for books!!
you did mention objectionable content several times. Was that just the lying, swearing, and violence, or was there inappropriate relationship things as well? (Not to say that’s worse than the others. Just trying to gage things)
