Haha, says the guy talking to the lady with 16!
Nice! I only have had 9 in total.
Thanks, I got it.
Your welcome! Thank you for volunteering to read it!

I like it so far. I’m not super immersed in the world yet, but that’s cause I have no idea what the world is, and whether these characters are human or something else.
The only intelligent species in this world is humans. My sister wouldn’t write a book with any other intelligent species in.
A short section like the one at the beg…

Chapter 16 out. I put it both on Proton and Google
The second part of this chapter was probably one of the hardest to write so far. I felt just as awkward writing this as Alan felt in it. I think the book needs a scene like this though at this point, so I pressed. I’ll see what you all think.

I got around to asking my sister for what type of feedback so is looking for. And yeah, she just wants your thoughts on the story in general for now.

Seems like others can, so don’t worry about it if you can’t.

Chapter 15 is out gang!
I think I need to rethink this chapter a little. I have no intensive to take James side in here, it just seems like he is being irrational for no reason. I also really need to work on Sara. She has zero character development because I’ve only just thrown her…[Read more]

Stripe with the girl hugging him? Didn’t you see that one? Or are you referring to the generic Kunulf with the crossbow?
The climbing one was for an essay I write about a year ago on whether or not it is okay for Christians to write fiction. I wanted to have it published on here, which is why I joined this site, but the Kingdom…[Read more]

Thank you!
Oh, yes, I did see this. Prolly should’ve said something, sorry about that. I started reading it this morning actually—I’m at chapter seven. What kind of feedback is your sister looking for?
I think she just wants to know what you think of the characters, world, and story. She may have some questions for you to answer once you a…[Read more]

Site glitches are downright annoying.
I didn’t know that proton did that with docs.
You use Proton, right? Well that’s a way you can share your work without posting it directly on Kingdom pen. You can invite specific people to it, or create a share link that you can take down any time you want.

Okay. I know there were some concerns about the security of Google. So, I decided to try out Proton Drive instead, which is more secure. So far, I don’t like the interface much. It’s slow and lacks some basic features. But let’s see how this goes. Here is a link to a folder that…[Read more]

Sure, I’d be good with that. Who are you thinking on my end? I can’t over develop because then you lose track of the MCs, but I do want the characters to seem real.
Great!
I’ll leave the exact characters you pick up to you, but I suggest either protagonists or side characters (Like Noah, David, or Aelic), that you’ve been not…[Read more]

If all else fails, remember that your guys’ stories, no matter what they are, will make so much more impact in the world than mine.Â
And don’t forget either that there are plenty of other gifts other than writing, so even if your writing isn’t as impactful as ours, there are other ways you can bring Glory to God as well. And God can ev…[Read more]
