I know, right? And Thank you!!!

Thanks! @kate-flournoy

@adry_grace, thanks for the tips! 🙂

@adry_grace: Hehe, I’m as distracted as they come. 😉 Yeah, LOTR is a pretty hard read (my dad read it out loud to my siblings and me the first time). But it’s really worth it. Yes! Tolkien is the geniusest genius of all the geniuses. 😛

Yes, fantasy! It’s the only genre I can write continually without bogging down and getting bored. Good luck with your stories and welcome to the forum!

Did someone say getting distracted? That is my speciality. I’m glad you called, @adry_grace. (Oh, look another Civil War poster for my room…) Sorry, got a little sidetracked there, hehe. For those of you who are interested, I am wholly on Captain America’s side for Civil War, and I’m really excited and nervous. It’s going to be soooo good.

Wow, that’s a lot of fandoms! I’m fully in 5 of them and secondhandedly (is that a word I just made up?) in 2 of them. We should totally compare notes sometime!

@adry_grace
Yay, another singer!!! 😀 I love fantasy…I’ve never tried writing anything else, really.

@rolena-hatfield and @bluejay:

Did someone say theater? I LOVE theater!!! And musicals…and…and…all of it. @rolena-hatfield, you do community theater???? Okay, we need to talk! I do community theater, too! *suddenly remembers to breathe* This is so exciting! Who were you in the shows you listed, @rolena-hatfield?

Oh, okay. Thanks for the ideas and help @Daeus! 🙂

@zoe-wingfeather
I love basically ALL of those movies and books!!! 😀

@Daeus
Amen to that last statement!

Yep, well there it is! 😉 And I’ll be happy to answer any further questions you have, of course, provided I KNOW the answers. 😉 😀
I just figured you should see if any of your questions had already been answered before we went over it again. 😛

@gretald

Hehe, thanks @ingridrd

@rolena-hatfield
Well, I’ve written a few short stories…I am currently writing a novel (actually 2, the other one is with Greta, my sister). I’ve been working on my personal novel for probably a little over a year. My favorite genre is definitely fantasy!!! 🙂

@kate-flournoy: Hehe, I was looking for that topic, but I couldn’t remember where it was. 🙂

@Daeus: Thanks! So how do you develop characters?
