I’m, back!
He’s getting mischievous on me. lol.
I’m playing with accent stuff. I think he pronounces some words “wrong” in the series, as his accent is a mix of places. Although it doesn’t make sense here. Oh well. XD

Hugo was a hero. Viktor sipped his hot cocoa and let the sugary warmth soak through his body…[Read more]

Rory
Rory shrugged uneasily. He glanced over his shoulder again as they walked down the hall. “Do… do you think they could still be here? In the school? Watching us?”

I think blowtorching people is to violent for this RP 🤭
Rory
Rory and Leo road the elevator up to the ground floor. Rory forced himself to think about anything but the moving ground beneath him. They got off and headed toward the school entrance. As they walked through the quiet halls, Rory couldn’t help but feel the need for…[Read more]

Yay!
Rory
Rory shrugged and looked down. He tested his weight on the brace a moment, and then spoke, his eyes still on the floor. “I don’t know. Something without planes or guns. A place I don’t have to kill people.”

They started out together and ended up in Landstraten at the end of book 3. I’m just picking up where I left them.
Oohh… that explains the creepy mask …

NEXT SECTION
hopefully this doesn’t feel to fast. The end of this section is where the story really starts to kick back in. We had a lot of travel in the 3rd book, and I’m trying not to literally go back over ground we already covered.
It was a bitterswee…

Maybe I’ll get around to making a topic for it, then!
Definitely! it would be fun to see what different approaches we all take on the same inspiration.
Hm… *Does not want to say too much*
Oh boy. 😃
It’s an unsure cultural thing so it’s just left that way until he does what he wants with it / no one is well equipped to cut his hair. T…

Ah, I see.
It’s a shock because they did set their hope on him taking the throne. With a Christian ruler, they would be free to worship in peace.
Joseph in book 2.
Eh, kind of. Joseph was more acting out of fear and wresting with the thought that he had to do this on his own. Leon and Julian are shocked because they…[Read more]

This may seem like an odd question, but what is your view on end times?
Woah. That is an odd question. Well, I’ve been working over it. I have several friends who love to debate end times, and I like to sit and listen, but as of yet I haven’t drawn a complete conclusion from listening to them, other pastors, and reading.
Why…[Read more]

Lol. Do that then. It was about the fifth time I got lost reading that book, and the library wanted it back before I managed to find my ground again. I apretiate his detailed planning though. Lots of skill.
My family likes the Focus on the Family radio theater edition.

That would be neat!
I like the doodles. Baby Marcel is cute. Does his culture not cut a boy’s hair until he’s in knickers/four/weaned/school age? (I think I mixed several cultures in that oddly specific question..) (He reminds me of Little Lord Fontleroy, only smug.)

Yep and yep. Agree 100%
And…
Not the Waterloo tirade. XD I never found my interest in his books again after getting lost somewhere between the ditch with the cavalry and the dead guy who wasn’t actually dead.

Oof. I recently hit a crisis in my art that filled a Pinterest board with skeletons, proportion guides, and the old watercolor illustrations that started this whole goose chase. It’ll likely be stuffed with color theory stuff sooner than later.
I’m on a mission to learn how to draw right.
I’ll probably never reach that, but if I…[Read more]

This was something my brother started:
Every night (except for Friday and most often Sunday and Saturday) during the beginning part of dinner, everyone takes 2 mintues to say something about their day. That could be anything from a work announcement, some encouragment they learned from the Bible, some animal/anything speical they…[Read more]

Yes. Knowing why we do things is so important!
Oooh! I forgot about the Sunday one! My family doesn’t have a “rule” about that one, but we all know Sunday is a day of rest and fellowship. I’ve actually been starting to not use computers on Sunday. Now, there are expections…last week my sister and I were creating some stickers on a…[Read more]

Thanks! I’m glad.
Okay, I’ll see what the others think. I liked it as a nice recap of everything that was happening.
Erich is one of the Stien children. He’s married and has a kid. They were the family that Julian, Roland, and Aelic were staying with when Rolf and Leon caught up with them.
