So I feel absolutely awful, it’s 4am over here, I can’t sleep in because of church, and I have a performance right after church. So if anyone sees this, prayers for the performance would be appreciated, especially as this cold has settled in my ears, which really messes up my balance.

I know we talked on the phone but I wanna respond here too. I’ve had a lot of mental fog lately and I’m not really sure how I’m doing. I think I’m good though.
Sick again!
Oh no! Stop doing that. Being sick constantly sucks. I’m sorry. Hope you feel better for the holidays! <3

@whalekeeper  Thanks! I for some reason could not find that info in my own digging.
I have most of a roleplay written, but I have a strong (and probably stupid) urge to add another character I have who is actually a prince in his own story, and remove Dante and possibly Jack.
Idk we’ll see how I feel in the morning I guess. Sorry I’m being so slow.

“Because this place is dangerous, and no place for a child. You should be at home, eating cookies or something by a fire. Children should be protected above others, because they’re the future, and the most vulnerable. That’s why.”
They rounded a corner of the maze, opening up into a circular area, about thirty feet in…[Read more]

Lol, yes.
Gabriel Mai
The foggy labyrinth stretched on before them. Gabriel’s hearing had returned, and now be could hear footsteps somewhere along one of the many passages. They were too far away for Gabriel to be able to distinguish man from beast. He kept his hand on the hilt of his knife, eyes scanning the walls of the maze.…[Read more]

“Lucy! You should have used the key to go home!” Gabriel dug his fingertips into his hair, before sighing, composing himself, and putting his mask back on. “Let’s go.”

It’s hard for me to answer this because it kind of was a slap, but it also feels like the right way to end it. It made sense and concluded his arc. Like Whaley said, we were never promised he would live nor did his arc hinge on it. I’d file this under “books whose endings I will complain angrily about to my siblings but still…[Read more]

Gabriel looked down at her. “You really shouldn’t breath in mysterious mists that are down low like that. Many poisonous mists are heavier than air.” She appeared fine, so Gabriel decided not to freak out. “What is it you want me to look at?”

I’m sick again…😭 Ryla may not end up part of this, but here’s Celarent.

Celarent
Celarent sprinted to the center and grabbed three balls, before launching himself upward. The game seemed pointless, but he couldn’t deny the appeal of whipping balls at people’s heads. He flung two balls on the heads of…[Read more]

I love What’s in the Bible!
Did you know that today instead of the 25th was originally the day that children got presents? (Personally, I like waiting almost a month for them instead of getting them right away.)
I did! We always get candy in our shoes. I like waiting more too. My family doesn’t even celebrate Christmas until Christmas Eve.

Sick again! 😭 I lost track of how many illnesses I’ve had this year, but it’s at least 10. I’m excited to get our Christmas tree this week though.

Whaleyyyy, what kind of question is thissss 😭
Jk jkkkk, I’m just not sure off the top of my head how to answer this 😂😂
I feel like most of my WIPs start off with a tiny little snowflake of a plot until I snowball it into a full-fledged plot/story idea. But from that little bit of a plot bunny, I always start with the characters before I touch t…[Read more]

oh yeah, I guessed it was secular, and I like some secular tragedies. I tend to like the Christian one’s better. XD

yeah ok I get that. There’s different kinds of tragedy, and it’s interesting how every country does it differently as well as every religion. Yeah I like those bittersweet endings too, I think they are more common in western stuff, possibly because of Christian influence!
Chinese and Japanese tragedies don’t usually end on the…[Read more]

Not to beat a dead drawing (lololololol, totally just made that up on accident because I typed the wrong words. XD) But I was looking at the two pictures and I know why I like the sketch so much better as Baron (or Barron? No….. it’s one “r”…. I think) anyhow. The colored in version is more correct to real life with the hair and wind…[Read more]

XD oh boy, you like a good old tragic story?
Are you kidding??!?!? If I’m not crying at the end of the book, (and several times in the middle) I feel sold short.
Okay, lol, there are plenty of books I’ve loved that aren’t tragic, but yes, I love tragedy. I have a thing for it.…[Read more]
